Re: That's No Moon!

You guys got linked on Fark. Which I found amusing. Looks like a couple people there were in the know.

Re: The Bee Team

B-Team is Best-Team!!! Really enjoyed it like everyone else. Missed the Stark line as a GoT reference until reading this thread, but it makes me want to see one of the many talented LRR-fan artists "Throne-ify" the LRR-crew! Throneing Ready Run, may-haps. Graham as Ned seems obvious Perhap...

Re: The Tale of Matt Wiggins

It won't leave my brain. Best earworm in forever.
Funny if you watched DB5, Funny if you know Lonely Island; Extra Hilarious if you know both.

Also that Ganondorf costume was awesome! Where did it come from? Was it a loner or cobbled together from existing costume pieces in the Moonbase?

Re: Steve Jobs 1955-2011

Found out via a popup news notification on my iPhone. Seemed app-ropriate. I grew up with PC's so I was all about them until I started working with Mac's in my profession. It wasn't along before I was a Mac convert. I've spent enough time with both formats in pro and personal environs and I really d...

Re: iPhone 5 ... I mean 4S w/ iOS 5

I think everyone hoped Apple would skip the 4s and go right into the 5–and who knows, maybe that was on the table at some point and they just couldn't make it work. The year-and-a-half wait for a simple spec bump may indicate that plans for the 5 fell through and Apple just needed to get something ...

Re: Episode 20 - Ash Bullets and Wow Butter

Mayhaps the next X2Y will be, "Ways to dispose of a mostly full jar of Wow Butter."

Also agree that Broken Alex is great fun.

Re: iPhone 5 ... I mean 4S w/ iOS 5

As someone who's had a 3GS since it was released 2 years ago, upgrading to the 4S makes plenty of sense. The camera upgrades (w/flash) and processor speed increase alone will be nice. Besides, if there's lower interest in the 4S, it'll make it easier for me to get one. I wonder if this will be the A...

Re: Damn you, Fiscal Irresponsibility Fairy! Damn you to Hell!

In a LRR inspired move to get back into MTG I grabbed a couple of packs of cards at my local Barnes & Nobles, but the FIF felt it was inappropriate to make a purchase in a bookstore that didn't involve a book. So I picked up a leather-bound, slip-cased edition of "The Hobbit". I've got...

Re: Introduce yourselves! (A friendly topic for new members)

Hi, So I've been a LRR fan for a couple years now. Wandered over after a few of the early Unskippables were posted to the Escapist, and been enjoying good comedy ever since. I've been paying attention long enough to enjoy the past 2 Desert Bus excursions, I listen to the LRRcasts, purchased some mer...
