I got my Metalocalypse season 1 dvd in the mail on friday. Which is awesome, though I think it's not technically released until the 2nd of October. Good stuff. I'm planning on getting the album soon too.

I really like Metalocalypse, though being a big metal fan myself may have something to do with it even though I know people who aren't that like the show as well. I also enjoyed Home Movies which was the show Brendon Small did before this one.

The apostrophe s thing I've never been entirely sure about when it's with words ending in s. I do remember an english teacher of mine in high school telling the class that it's " 's " for singular possessives regardless of the letter before it and it's a common error even in published writ...

I have the same situation there. Except for liking Blind Guardian none of my friends are really into metal. One or two of them might dig the odd song or band that I throw at them.
