I'd like to suggest 3D Pinball as the only good OS-bundled game.

Is that TED opening free to use? I doubt it -- the TED talks are licensed under Creative Commons, but it's the BY-NC-ND license, so since LoadingReadyRun is a commercial entity, and is altering the video, this doesn't fall under the terms of the license. This very clearly falls under Fair Use for b...

We just called it "kickball" in New Hampshire. Unless there's another variant of kickball somewhere else... Edit: Searching online, I found this site that implies that in "traditional" kickball you run the bases clockwise, and that the California variant has you running them coun...

For Surging Dementia, since there's no 4-card limit in limited, Magical Christmas Land is actually forcing your opponent to discard FIVE for two mana.
Whoever did the editing, I loved the way you did the annotations to link to the previous videos.

For a minute I thought that you could keep casting the spell exiled by Kheru Spellsnatcher, but after some research it looks like I'm wrong, based on rulings about Fiend of the Shadows . I thought if you countered a Lightning Bolt, for instance, that you could then immediately ping them for a billio...

Additional note on the Thermopod that nobody brought up: since Thermopod is a Snow Creature, the mana created by its ability is Snow Mana. So if you wish, you can treat it as if it had "Sacrifice a creature: Haste until end of turn".

Wow, was the Twitch segment the single-longest Checkpoint segment you've ever aired? The Twitch segment was 2 minutes, 45 seconds; the longest previous segment that came to mind was the title story from "The Accidental War" (the big Eve Online battle), which came in at 2 minutes, 12 second...

I've just published the first version of GifHelper , a program to help you grab the individual frames from a video. I plan on making a tutorial later, but for now I imagine some of you should be able to figure it out. After that, you can use Gimp to "Open as Frames" the resulting images, a...

I started playing in the 4th/Ice Age time frame, and stopped midway through Urza's block, and LRR has been about my only exposure to Magic since then except for a single draft with friends. For the record, I enjoy when you all give brief explanations of terms that more casual players may either be u...

It's possible Cam was referring to the air not hearing about the scandal with Clinton, not Clinton as President. That's how I took it. I went back and checked it out, and Cam's words were "That air has not yet heard about Bill Clinton" -- since he said "about" and not "of&q...

The final episode should be a Loading Time for the previous 11 years.
OR, OR, OR...
It could be an "A Brief History of Lame" for the last 11 years.

That was quite an in-depth Loading Time -- I loved seeing the attention to detail in the various scenes, and the ways you all thought to put in a little extra something into the video.
I'm curious, is this the most work you've ever had to put into a normal-length sketch?

One additional point on Scourge of the Throne: you can attack the player with the most life, and get a Dethrone counter. Then, since it has evasion, you have a decent chance of dealing 6 or more damage to them. This might cause their life total to drop below that of another player, so on your second...

If you tell your therapist you've killed like 400 people with a bow and arrow, do they have to report that to somebody? I don't know about other countries, but due to the protections in the US of doctor-patient-privilege, in most states therapists only are allowed/obligated to report if their patie...

Firbozz -- I disagree. The wording on Miracle is "when you reveal this card this way ." If you reveal the card for another reason, it doesn't automatically trigger Miracle. For instance, let's say you use up all your land during your upkeep for some reason. You reach your draw step, and dr...

Also, the music here immediately reminded me of something, and I can't figure out what it is. The closest thing I can think of is this , and that's probably it, but I can't shake the feeling that there's something that's even more similar. It's weird. A staccato riff of similar rhythm was also used...

When my brother decided to get a car with a manual transmission, he had to go out to the one family friend we had who drives manual to teach him. So it's not a fedora, but just looks enough like one to fool the untrained eye? I don't know if this was what was discussed on the stream, but just about everyone that gets called a "fedora wearer" disparagingly is actually wearing a trilby. The misconception is so large that when I just ...

as someone from the UK, where literally everyone learns to drive standard, I still find the idea that someone might not know how to use a clutch very strange. Not everyone, it seems; Top Gear has shown us several celebrities who didn't know how to drive stick. In the old car they would just put the...
