QWOP-cam has returned! All hail QWOP-cam!
On a more serious note Conspiracy seems like so much fun, so disappointed that I missed the (so far, knock on wood) only draft of it my LGS did.

Re: The Limited thread
Went to my LGS for a B/T/T draft, and pick 2 I get passed a Chromanticore. Internal monologie immediately ensues, but I end up shooting for the stars and picking said Chromanticore. In the end I got a decent, primarily G/W/r deck splashing u/b for Chromanticore, Pharika's Mender and Sea Gods Revenge...

Re: The thread of win
O Canada, O Canada, the best team in the world! Even as the proud Swede that I am, I can't argue with that. The Canadian team straight out-played the Swedish in the finals, and kudos to them. I just wish the press won't rave on and on about how great Crosby is, because he really wasn't as good as h...

Re: The thread of win
On the topic of snowboarding, me and a few friends drove to the Austrian alps (3000km, give or take 34 hours one way, worst idea we ever had for the record). But once we got there... oh man. The weather was fantastic and we found some of the best off-piste runs I've 'boarded down in my life. It was ...

Re: The thread of tallness
And here I thought I was too tall. Guess it could've been worse? Another thing I just realised is part of the tall person's curse is the (from what I've gathered at least) common ailment of lower back pain after any extended time standing up. Oh, and also- stations at work (I'm on one of many assemb...

Re: The thread of tallness
I just used feet since everyone else was doing it. I LEARNED IT BY WATCHING YOOOUUU!
Sweden is very much a metric nation, I've just learnt by heart how tall I am in feet. And yes, 6'6 does sound taller than 2 meters. Usually, anyway.

Re: The thread of tallness
At roughly 6'6, I have massive problems finding a car that can get me a comfortable seating position. The few I have found then does not have any rear legroom what-so-ever, meaning I'm limited to 2 passengers on any sort of long drives. Asides from that, it's just the usual ducking in doorways, incr...

Re: The General Chat thread
Went to my LGS and entered my first-ever Draft (M14) and played my first games of actual paper magic. Could've gone better (1-2, 1-2, 0-2, so 0-3 all in all) but it was good fun. Drafted Selesnya with Howl of the Night Pack as firstpick and the single card to win me the two matches I eventually won....

The Yugo GV is possibly the worst car in its era to be mass-produced.
Nobody wants to buy one.
An actual question, then...
How is Europe as a whole treating you so far? (If you've been anywhere other than major airports)
Do you enjoy snow?

Re: Any Bronies up in here?
I'll stick my neck out and say, I quite enjoyed the s3 finale. Sure it was very fast-paced, but let's face it: In the 22 minutes they had, they did a good job of getting a -lot- of information through while making it interesting. I will admit some of my enjoyment stems from a not insignificant ammou...

Well, might as well step out of the shadows. This picture was taken today with the sole intent of showing off a new hat I got, but seeing as it's the only recent, half-decent picture of me I have, enjoy it. https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn2/5876_561325503920362_485371727_n.jpg

Re: Who doesn't wear a seat belt?
I do tend to use the seatbelt pretty much all the time. As previously mentioned the only times I don't is when backing out of the garage when I have to get back out to close the doors, or when backing up with a trailer because then you want to really be able to see everything at once, and not being ...
