Overload seems to be a much more marketable name for a chip flavor than KaBLAM, but that's only my opinion. I liked Overload better and I think it would clean up pretty well with national marketing dollars behind it. I'm surprised they're supposedly letting the internet voting decide amongst the top...

That reminds me, the Ford Mens World Championship is being held where I am. I should probably start paying attention to curling again. I'll have to get tickets, fly out and crash at your place. I don't think there's going to be much serious competition for Martin (Team Canada) this year given...

They're still in business, aren't they? I'm not sure how the financials work on cable television, but despite all derisive comments about their programming, if they're still in existence then they're doing something right. Just like the Movies Movies make the studios money by putting together poor, ...

Brier 2009 - Wow

Did anyone else watch much of the Brier? I only found out Friday night that TSN had matches OnDemand archived so I caught up with a few games. Our curling club has a Canadian satellite dish so I was able to catch the first Alberta v. Ontario match live and the 1-2 page playoff via OnDemand. Wow. Tho...

void watch(int watchman) { int watcher = new_watcher(); setXwatchY(watcher, watchman); watch(watcher); } Recursion will kill us all! Maybe you could edit it a little to start with a large number and decrease over time. Then we'll claim it's collective heights of the groups being watched. The 5 (?) ...

I'll talk about the video first. "Oh, that would be Jeff!" Very amusing (the joke is expected, but executed perfectly). I do feel obligated to ask who watches Jeff. Also, what was the motivation behind Matt without his glasses? How often has that happened on camera? Now the t-shirt ad. Wow...

My girlfriend and I have a running feud about whether we'll get a dog or a cat. I love cats, she thinks cats are boring. She loves big dogs and I hate big dogs (not only because I'm allergic to dogs). The end compromise will likely end up being a hypoallergenic cat-sized dog like a Maltese. That is,...

Over 350,000 views from Failblog. That's crazy. It's possible a full half million unique people around the world have seen Graham hit himself in the junk and fall over his jousting mount while Matt cackles away behind camera, but it's bound to be pretty close. At first I thought the whole viral vent...

I saw it last night and had little to no idea what it was going to be about aside from "not your average comic book heroes" movie. It was okay. It wasn't really an action movie and it wasn't really a superhero movie. From a casual moviegoer's perspective I can tell you that the most distra...

I like his reasoning for how the "cat's out of the bag" about the video being set up.

"...Because I just know."

Here's a question. Do people even care if it's staged? Funny is funny.

At some point sure. If someone calls us on it, I'm not planning to deny. For now though, I'd say just let it do it's thing. I'm contemplating adding "epic nunchuk fail" to the tags of episode 6 on YT though. -m Alternatively, open the floodgates to the forumites to subscribe to the cHustl...

Now that nunchuk fail video has had close to 200,000 views across the Interwebs, I'm curious as to what LRR crew's definition of "viral" is. I know the only hits that will ultimately lead back to LRR will come from their YouTube video (and only the hits after they out it themselves). Or do...

After watching Graham's nunchuk video I imagined one of the first comments on the video would be along the lines of: "So FAKE, weres teh other guys sk8 baord!?!?". Was I the only one to notice? There is a simple justification for it, They only had one skate board, so the other guy was jus...
