So far they've accumulated 4 points and 12 crashes.
The longest they've gone without a crash is from 35:10 into the run (Andrew tripped over the controller cord and disconnected it, crashing the bus) to 54:19 (Ashton crashed the bus on Lefty mode).

Re: Desert Bus 9 Discussion
It is still on Twitch, and they're using Twitch chat so IRC isn't necessary.
However, those of us that hang out in chat year-round can be found in our own IRC here: http://videostrike.team/DBChat
(web client, so still no need to figure out IRC)

I think Yom Kipur is more well known by the Hebrew name than the English one in North America though. I've heard of Yom Kipur many times, but was only vaguely aware of the English name/meaning.

Re: General LRL Stream Feedback
Or could you tell me how to set up my own stream, knowing that I only have 1 computer? I would suggest asking around in the Fan streamer thread , or hop into DB Chat , as a number of people there are on the fan stream calendar. Most of them stream from single-computer setups, so will be able to hel...

Re: The Late Show featured "Epic Nunchuk Fail"
At least back when Leno's people asked for the right to show it, Graham informed them that it was fake and the rest of the details. Given that it was a funny clip that fit their criteria, it being fake didn't really matter. Presumably it was the same for Colbert's people. It's also still one of the ...

Re: Qwerpline Ep04 - Harvest Festival
I would assume any events in them are "canon" until overruled otherwise by a future Qwerpline. At which point both are canon existing in some sort of quantum superposition, as in nsburg all timelines exist simultaneously.

Re: Qwerpline Ep04 - Harvest Festival
Given the improv nature of Qwerpline, you're going to have to forgive some lapses in continuity or logic in the show. References to past events may be thrown in as a quick joke without any overall plot actually intended.

Re: MGSV Thread
Watching people stream it, as someone who doesn't know what a Metal Gear is, it looks like a very fun game even if you're unfamiliar with the series. My understanding is that the overall MGS plot is nigh-incomprehensible anyways, so you don't lose much if you're just starting out here (and chronolog...

The liberal sweep through the Maritimes isn't that surprising considering local sentiment. Once Ontario and Quebec start reporting will tell the real story.

Actually, that brings a question to mind. I saw on the Wikipedia page that lasers are sometimes used to cool ions in penning traps. So... how do photons interact with antimatter? Do photons have their own anti-particle?

Re: Science Questions
I believe the "Penning Trap" is what's used to contain antimatter particles. It basically uses magnetic fields to suspend particles in a near-vacuum (and very cold) environment. Or at least, that's the lie I can understand (I tried reading the Wikipedia page to refresh myself, and quickly ...

My assumption would be that an anti-hydrogen atom interacting with an iron atom would lead to the complete elimination of the anti-hydrogen, and the elimination of one proton and one electron from the iron atom. The corresponding release of energy would be a different matter (presumably the release ...
