Re: Give In
You could have had your character kill a clone of himself. So... Gary would shoot a clone of himself for impersonating him to steal his family and life and then murder them? Now that would be a very round-about way of trying to ruin someone's life. Hmmm... that could be a video actually. Some evil ...

Re: Ways to Eat Fries
Right, going for a truly horrible necropost.
But I'm wondering about those old videos, like Ways to Eat Fries and Ways to Make Someone Leave A Room.
Are you at some time going to post them on the site or have them anywhere else, like in a season boxset that is actually for sale?

If you want one of those studded leather caps, I live close to Amsterdam, I'm sure they have those there and probably all sorts of other strange and awesome hats.
I could send you some if you like.

Here is another one that you might find interesting, and it is actually unskippable too.
It might be too short though....
But here is my suggestion:

Re: Magic the Gathering Online
Yeah. I just joined MTG:O after having stopped playing Magic around the time the 5th edition came out. Thanks to the guys here I got a new interest in it and went ahead and created an account there. My nick is JenSeven. And yeah, my main problem is, I don't know much about half the cards I'm playing...

Just tried my first Drafting match after over 10 years of not having played Magic on Magic Online. First match went 2-0 against me.
First round got 2 lands and no cheap creatures and didn't draw anymore lands. 2nd round only drew lands...
Really bad luck....
For those also Online, my nick is JenSeven

Re: Wii U Thread
I'm really not sure about the Wii-on-U yet. If that controller was also some sort of portable standalone gaming system like a Gameboy, maybe allowing you to put in a flashcard and take the whole thing with you outside, then maybe I could see this happen. They could run N64 and gameboy games on it. A...

Re: AskLRR - Closes SOON!!!
First time I caught this! Yes! Just wondering, does anyone on LRR follow Formula 1, and what do they think of the season so far, and who are their favourite drivers/teams? Also I'm trying to get back into Magic The Gathering after stopping something like 10 years ago and am thinking of joining Magic...

Thanks for the advice. I was planning on stocking up on elves for mana acceleration and unsummons/cancels/counters for blue. As for trample I'm not sure that's a huge issue because at that stage i'll theoretically be at 8+ lands anyway which should be enough to overwhelm anything. I haven't been in...

I'd recommend anything by Double Fine. Tim Schafer is one of the best and most innovative game designers around. Started back in the days with Monkey Island and Day of the Tentacle and has since moved on to form his own studio to make excellent games. Psychonauts: A game for the original Xbox but ca...

Re: Magic: The Gathering: Whatcha mean, there's no thread yet?
I haven't played Magic in a long long time.
I started playing around the time when Ice Age came out and played till right about 5th edition/ Gaya series or something. I think it was the one with those cave trolls and Overrun.
That Magic Online thing sounds interesting and I might get back into that.

I was just watching a trailer on The Escapist, and I know you will love to do this one: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/trailers/3473-Armored-Core-V The first line alone is pure comedy gold: The Post-Apocalyptic World is in ruin! Seriously... it's post-apocalyptic, do they also come in a...

your terrible pop music :D Seriously though, sorry if you took offense. No offence taken, I simply didn't want to be associated with those Belgians. The Netherlands does have quite a bit of success on the music market, I will list some bands that have started here, you may know some. Focus Golden E...

Okay... I kept wincing with this video. Belgium does NOT have a Dutch and French part! It has a Flemish and Wallonian part. The Flemish part does speak a form of Dutch, and the Wallonian part speaks French. The Flemish side is not affiliated with The Netherlands nor is the Wallonian side affiliated ...

Re: Whatever happened to global warming eh?
I always laugh at the term "global warming" since it's so inaccurate, the better term for it (and also gets the sceptics of your back) is "Global Climate Change". It's much more comprehensible and people understand what you mean instead of saying "But we suddenly have blizza...

Nintendo sabotaged themselves with the 3DS
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-12101504 It seems the 3D technology can be harmful for the eyesight of young children, so Nintendo seems to have build a game machine that their target audience will not be able to play. So now Nintendo may need to explore previously unexplored terrain and may be...

Bunch of birds caught in a jet fighter's sonic boom.
Birds are usually notoriously easy to give heart attacks, and a sonic boom is something that can easily cause that.

This is definitely not for me. As much as I hate random top5s chosen through the means of a bias opinion on what is popular at the moment, this is too much. I might take notice of this thing if I'm seriously bored and in need of a random distraction, or if I come across it and see that they have cho...

Now the thaw has really set in and there are now puddles everywhere. Let's hope that it doesn't start freezing again, because otherwise I'll need to put on ice skates to get around tomorrow.

Re: Snow Europe has a lot of it
Yesterday was a glorious day, the thaw set in and all the snow and ice began to melt. Then it started to rain. And last night it started to freeze again. Now the 10 minute walk to the store has been replaced with a 45 minute odyssey in staying upright. The entire country seems to have been turned to...

Re: Snow Europe has a lot of it
It's thawing right now, however beneath the layer of snow there is a lot of ice on the roads and sidewalks, and all that ice is going to take some time to melt. So instead of everything being bogged down by snow, it's now super slippery everywhere.
