Re: Spider-Man from the '90s

True that it did have tons of action and almost nonstop explosions, and the gratuitous slaughter of wooden crates whenever doctor octopus showed up... HOWEVER I do remember many times the animation rate would inexplicibly slow down to like 5 frames per second. Even as a kid I joked among my friends ...

Re: AMERICA DAY AMERICA DAY AMERICA DAY!

Well, I spend the weekend in Port angeles, parts of Bainbridge island, Everett, and Poulsbo. Its been 6 years since I was last in the US (Seattle & Auburn). Must say all the places on this trip were quite beautiful and look like great places to live. We got some fireworks of course with these si...

Re: Question for you B.C.-ers

Yeah I remember taking it from grade 4 or 5 till grade 8. In grade 9 I had the choice of either French, Spanish, German (I think) or Japanese. I believe you can not take any language in grade 11 & 12 which I did since I did terribly with Japanese through 9 & 10, however I remember hearing ab...

My mind still refuses those cosplay pics of Alex... its an elaborate photoshop.

Even Miram's movie "I need you tonight" is an artistic work photo-trickery.

Re: Star Trek

The trailer for this new one kinda has me... well, concerned. Kirk seems to come off less of a Bold & Charming character that the Kirk we know and comes off more of an arrogant 4-popped-collar-type douchebag. Im almost imagining in the scene where he first meets Uhura for him to talk about his ne...

Re: For folks that grew up in the 90's.

Oh man the Spiderman had some great production values.... like when the animation rate drops to like 5fps.

But really I was more a fan of Batman The Animated series. Loved the art style, and everything.

Re: 12oz Mouse - Defend Your Show

I have only seen a little bit of 12oz mouse, and I could say that if this were 1995 when I was 10, I would have loved it. But present, its just juvenile garbage that's LOL RANDUMB XD, and from what I hear that it's late-night makes it even more baffling. Speaking of 1995, YTV did have this sketch co...

I don't think I can remember many but 2 of my most notable ones were from playstation games: In the first Resident Evil, I was fighting the plant boss and there is an attack where it picks you up and kinda throws you down. I had Jill with the grenade launcher and I had just fired the last grenade to...

So new topic I think: Dating. I guess ill go on topic (SHOCKING) For me, the whole traditional type of date and "rules" that go along with it never quite sat with me well. It all seems rather... forced. Like less of actually getting to know someone better or enjoying company and more tryi...

We actually tried that a couple of times in Microwaves 2, and couldn't get it to work properly.

There probably won't be another Microwaves anytime soon due to the original 3 microwaves are no more, but there are other science-ey like things possibly in the future.

Heh, that was pretty cool. If only their skill with special-effects ability was mirrored to any degree in the rest of their production values. The costumes were ok, but the music was terrible and distracting. Yeah my thoughts too. The other thing about the music is that they used the North American...

Funny thing about trains, when my family was visiting Japan in may 1993, we were crossing (stupidly) a set of tracks that a rather fast express train was headed towards us. We ran off with only near seconds to spare.

A family-near death experience!
