Re: Sixth Annual Secret Santa: Sign Ups Now Closed

Um, well, I got Psyclone in this secret santa, I initially made you an amigurumi snowman and sent that, but since I'm not all that good at crochet I ordered those three online and sent them too.

Did the snowman not make it across the Atlantic?

Ok, just watched "Keep Beach City Weird" and the episode ends with the guy ranting about polymorphic sentient rocks being behind everything, which is absolutely the truth! This just keeps getting deeper.

and Gentleman's Dub Club https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrhXbkOnqys I actually used to play in a few bands with the trumpet player, he's a really nice bloke.

I've seen this thread come up so often, I finally had the opportunity to have a look at series 1, I'm up to "Coach Steven" so far, and I love it. I would never have looked into this without this thread, thanks guys.

Scurrilous! Why, some of my best friends are Pinnipeds! Just because my luxurious fur is white, I have been known to hide behind glaciers and my favourite sport is catching and eating Muksun with my paws and I have been known to maul the occasional igloo and participate in the global conspiracy that...

Well now you've gone and hurt his feelings, I don't see how he can be an effective barrister. Aww, now he's taken up smoking again, three years after the habit left him a charred version of his former self, propping up a bar in the Deep South of Dorset. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons...

Oh hey, I was Humble Bundle-ing, so I've got a few doubles. Anyone here with a penchant for point and click and late xmas presents? Because I've got a Lumino City key going spare. Edit: oh, also Gone Home if there's anyone here who doesn't already own it. I seem to keep accruing fresh keys for it an...

Just finished editing a Master's case study in UK English, most of the work I do is US Eng, so I kept putting in Americanisms and swearing. Put on some Charlemagne and now all is well once more. Anyway, in my annoyance I realised that 'asap' should be abandoned entirely so that 'forthwith' can retur...

JUST AS I SUSPECTED! I submit then, that were the court to examine the accused's dictionary, the word 'murder' would be CLOSELY followed by the word 'must'

Just one more thing though, where were you on the night of the 22nd? Because if you were truly at the butcher's buying a litre of sausages, why then would you have found it necessary to borrow the gardener's shears on the following Tuesday?
