Re: Unskippable: Ace Combat 6

The storyline for the Ace Combat games has never been top-tier, but of the ones I have played (all of them from AC04 onward), this one had the most annoying cutscenes. I'd rather listen to AC5's Chopper talk through all the missions than have to deal with the AC6 movies again. Kudos for actually mak...

My eyes, they BURN!

The Resident Evil/Dragon's Lair bit was nicely executed.

At least until you hit the second disc. I wanted to go to the store and ask for half of my money back.

I've seen a chess add-on before. I haven't checked to see if it is still maintained, though.

EDIT: whatever mod it is makes all the Text in the Inventory and other menus/screens smaller, allowing more of your oversized inventory/skills/abilities/spells/etc/etc on the screen. Plus it makes maps colourful =D. The mod name you are looking for is BTMod, and it can be found at http://btmod.beid...

In the original, one of the cool things was that when you entered a battle, it was immediate. There were no swirly transition screens, load times, or other major interruptions in game flow. At the time, we had never seen that before in an RPG. The Playstation version was good, what with the added cu...

... I am curious as to the subtle differences. Morrowind's game mechanics were more complex than Oblivion's. There were more stats, more skills, more weapon types, and more armor slots (hell, you equipped gloves independently for each hand, which made for some fun enchanting). Take a look at the ch...

1) When filming Skeletor's Dick, did you consider covering Morgan in blue body paint from the neck down?

2) Matt: Having established which Twilight character you'd like to hit like a rail gun, which character would you like to hit with a rail gun?

The instance crashes are pretty brutal at the moment. My guild ("Into Oblivion" on Black Dragonflight) took down the Flame Leviathan, and then tried the Deconstructor a few times only to have the whole damn thing freeze up. Also, our start was delayed by an earlier crash.

Right-click on the game's shortcut (or the installer's executable, whichever you are having trouble with), and select "Run as Administrator". That should deal with your problem. You'll probably have to do that each time you start the game.
