Those looking for season one could try and convince the few who have them to trade them for brand new season four DVDs . . . they'd be trading up, and you'd be getting the torture you so clearly desire.

I have a first-run Season 1 DVD, but I'm not selling it.

We also don't have Season 1 stuff up anymore because some of it contains copyrighted music, and cannot be distributed on Revver or Blip. Changing this would take time better put towards new content.

don't think the 'heil Hitler' salute at the end was called for Jer Was this something in the montage? I'll go back and watch it again to see if I can pick up what you're talking about, but I assure you that at no point was I intending to heil anyone. Also to Jer, if you ever read this, just how hard did Morgan hit you? You looked genuinely hurt. I was egging him on so he hit me hard . . . that was the last take of five or six, and it was a solid one. Right between the muscles. don't think the 'heil Hitler' salute at the end was called for Jer W...

I call shenanigans: it hasn't been up long enough for you to have listened to all of it ;).

Note that 78 mb for an hour and thirty-eight minutes is not half bad ;).

Podcast posed. Go. I'm not entirely sure how to link this to the podcast itself, but I trust someone else will do it.

1Up gets sold, EGM dies, the 1Up Show ends, people are fired

I just want to pour one out for all the 1Up guys who lost their jobs tonight: most editorial staff, the podcast crews and the 1Up Show staff. These folks are good guys, and have been a huge inspiration to us (or at least me personally) over the years. It's really sad to see the end of an era.

Geeks With Issues Running Desert-Bus Inspired Marathon

I've posted about this to the blog already, but I thought I'd mention it here too. I've been watching the Geeks With Issues guys play their 24-hour Desert-Bus-Inspired Oregon Trail marathon. I've been chatting with them and they're cool guys. You should too! Check out their feed if you get a chance ...

I actually wrote the vampire sketch after my (single) viewing of Twilight, but we couldn't fit it into the schedule while it was still topical ;). While I'd love to do more of these, I don't know that we have enough debunked scripts around to merit it ;). The music is a symphonic rearrangement of th...

Pounce allows you to make a full attack after a charge. Dale is correct that a creature with a burrow speed should be able to partial charge in a surprise round and do everything I do in that scene except use its breath weapon. While Dale calls me on this, he accepts my reasoning, having been brow-...

Amulet of Health and Pounce do not work that way :P I can't disagree with that because I don't know better, but I assure you the people in that scene would have brought it up if something was wrong. Also, they're playing Pathfinder, not D&D. In that scene, we are actually playing D&D. We sw...

PC games these days all have options for 16:10 resolutions, such as 1680x1050 or 1920x1200. And if Jer is to be believed, the XBox 360 now supports that form of widescreen, as well. Correct. I use my XBox on a 16x10 PC monitor, meaning that I had to run it on the one existing 16x10 resolution (whic...

With regard to the last line: something we have learned in the last five years is that different people have different capacities for internalizing our jokes. For example, Hustle Episode 2 featured a joke that was pretty abstract: it required the viewer to relate an apple falling in a pitcher of wat...
