Graham, you have inspired me to get Saints Row 2. I never liked doing the missions in the GTA games, but the missions in Saints Row 2 sound kickass.

Also, I've heard the soundtrack is awesome (DFA 1979, MSTRKRFT, Mastodon, Black Dahlia Murder, etc)

The Year in Music

Rolling Stone recently released the best 50 albums and 100 singles of 2008. What's your opinion about this year's music? Do you agree/disagree with Rolling Stone's choices? I'll add my full thoughts eventually, but for now, all I'll say is that Flight of the Conchords should have been on that list.

The Tetris theme is a given.

But the game music that gets stuck in my head the most is one of the songs from the last level of Portal (according to Audiosurf, it's called "4000 Degrees Kelvin")

Seeing as most of my family lives either in the Lower Mainland or near Kelowna, I don't see much family on Christmas.

Usually we have breakfast, then presents, then lunch, then we go to Petrolia to visit the only family we have in Southwestern Ontario. Except they're on vacation this Christmas.
