Re: The Pair
Missie has been great in the three videos I've seen her in(this one, Doctors Hate Her, and that one Friday Nights where she has to say "Bonescythe Sliver").
Keep bringing her back!
Keep bringing her back!

I'm @aubeltim
Don't do a lot of my own tweeting about random stuff, it's mostly for retweeting things I find interesting, messaging people I like in the Magic community for a little bit of discussion, and then for news and reading interesting articles.

Re: Feminism general thread
Yes, men have to deal with some, but they have to deal with less, and there's no societal biases keeping them back. It's really easy to trivialize the actual women's issues if you change the name from "feminism". There are still several societal biases keeping men back as well if you don'...

Re: Feminism general thread
Lots of terms are like that. Political terms, religious terms, what have you. Plenty of Christians hate the connotation of "Christian", but still call themselves that, because they hope to change the story on what the term means. Same with Conservatives, Liberals, Muslims, etc. That doesn'...

Re: Feminism general thread
I think it's more than just "feminism exists to make women equal to men, and so feminism *is* egalitarianism." Unfortunately if that was true I wouldn't be criticized for saying that I'm an egalitarian, not a feminist. What I'm getting from this discussion is that feminists and egalitaria...

Re: Introduce yourselves! (A friendly topic for new members)
I guess I should introduce myself as well, if this thread is a thing. Hello! I go by Hascow online(or hasdgfas, if you may know me from elsewhere where I've used that). My name is Tim, and I currently live in Wisconsin, USA. I'm a software developer, and a big fan of what I've seen of LRR, which is ...

Re: Goofiest Game of Magic You've Ever Played
Well, there was a Conspiracy game recently where we ended up voting "grace" on Magister of Worth. This ended with us making a physical stack of cards to determine how things should resolve. Been a LOOOONG time since I've had anything that goofy. Hopefully the upcoming 2HG Conspiracy draft ...

Re: Feminism general thread
I'm absolutely a feminist. This is something I've come around on a lot lately after not really understanding it. Once it clicked, I was all in. I've had multiple discussions with a couple friends of mine about this, trying to talk through what it means and trying to help them understand. It sucks. I...
