Re: Crapshots - Volume 3

This is the first I had heard about Kathleen's pregnancy. I'm not sure whether congratulations would be belated (since she's been pregnant for a while, it looks like) or premature (since the kid isn't born yet)...

Maybe I'll just leave it at that, at least for now.

Re: Crapshots - Volume 3

Between "The Accusation" and "The POV," I am forced to make this conclusion:

Kitties in disguise are always the first to suspect that others are kitties in disguise.

Re: Qwerpline Ep04 - Harvest Festival

Speaking of adding things about Qwerpline to the wiki, are the Desert Bus Qwerplines "canon"?

I refer, of course, to these two episodes:

Re: Qwerpline Ep04 - Harvest Festival

I don't know if you're familiar with "A Prairie Home Companion" (an old radio show by Garrison Keillor), but Qwerpline is starting to remind me of it.

Comparisons between nsburg and Lake Wobegon are pretty easy to make too, I think.

I thought I'd list the weird sponsors... From DB7 Qwerpline: Jack Flank's Plank Flank Blank Shank From DB8 Qwerpline: Short Mort's Court Fort From Qwerpline 00: Joss Ross's Boss Moss Floss (with sauce) I look forward to what else the folks at LRR can come up with. Also, I would definitely buy Jack F...

Re: Crapshots - Volume 3

"The Lawyer Joke" seems a lot like a subversion or deconstruction of the old "Punishment" episodes. They went something like this: 1. Alex sets up a joke 2. Alex delivers the punchline 3. Graham (or Kathleen) punishes Alex Here we have this: 1. Beej sets up a joke 2. Alex deconst...

Re: Crapshots - Volume 3

For some reason I get a kick out of everything that Alex and Beej do together. I'm not sure when or even if Alex will become Beej, but I look forward to it. But Alex is already Beej ... (skip to 1:10 if impatient) That shows Beej turning into Alex as well as Alex turning into Beej. So in all these ...

Re: Crapshots - Volume 3

I have to admit I do not find stepping on Lego to be that painful. Uncomfortable yes, but not proper painful. I just tested this by intentionally walking on Lego. Emphasis added. Stepping on a Lego intentionally, where you can mentally prepare yourself for the pain (or discomfort, if you prefer) is...

Good to know.

About 195... is there actually such a gun as an MP5K, or was Alex just pretending that he was correct? Because I think the latter would be funnier.

There were 104 Crapshots in 2011, and the LoadingReadyWiki says that there will be another 104 Crapshots this year, for a total of 208; is that correct?

193: I don't play Magic: The Gathering, so I don't know exactly what was going on... but the idea of discarding a card that has a lot of candies on it just so that you can eat the candies is pretty funny anyway. I didn't know exactly what "scrump all his grits in one trug" meant, but I got the feeling that it meant roughly the same thing as "put all his eggs in one basket." Yet somehow I was surprised to learn that "trug" does indeed mean "basket." Specifically: n. Ch...

Re: Crapshots general no.01

It feels weird asking about older Crapshots, but I have a question about Crapshot 61: The Punishment IV.

Did Graham actually make that sound by blowing that traffic cone like a trumpet, or was that sound edited in later?
