Re: How I Stopped a Hobo From Brutally Savaging a Skytrain Opera

I would truly love a comic book. Maybe the interest on the still-not-done drawing I bought at DBII from Tensen is a comic book by now.

How I Stopped a Hobo From Brutally Savaging a Skytrain Opera

Huh... that cut off the 'Operator' there and made it an even cooler story.

Re: Soooooo UBC?

UBC Okanagan is actually an upgrade of the Okanagan College, then Thompson Rivers University, then bought by UBC. What does this mean? It's a university college that's been upgraded to University Status, so it's got the stigma of a second class school attached to it. Does this matter? It depends wh...

Re: This is the story of the first time I died. (Desert Bus)

I had another story about spending a birthday when I was 9 by my father's hospital bed playing "The Great Grape Escape" - but this was the one that happened to me rather than around me.

The Great Grape Escape was the best thing since sliced bread when I was nine.

This is the story of the first time I died. (Desert Bus)

There are a lot of reasons I wish I could be there at Desert Bus. I miss my friends at home, but especially at times like this, when I am so very proud to call the folks on the other side of the computer screen my friends. This is the story of the first time I died. I was four years old. You can get...

Awesome, thanks. Nice set, with the exception of the armour. Definitely worth pursuing for the 5 piece bonus, because shit. Invisibility every encounter.

Need Help Finding a D&D Book

Anyone out there know what 4th Ed. book contains the magic item "Claw Gloves?" It's for predator druids, is 4th level, and grants +1d10 damage whenever they have combat advantage in beast form. I know it exists, but I can't find it.

Re: New Bradlestar

Has the queen been to the Empress? Which Queen? Was it Elizabeth? Hardly counts as a queen. Why in Victoria's day a queen was expected to face down the Spanish armada solely by giving birth to a slew of Britain's finest out of her high-powered vagoogoo. Albert was just there with her in Southampton ...

Re: Walking with wolves

I have had to fight a bear. What's the story behind that? Black bear. Had to fight it. With a treebra... well, really with a tree, but it was a small one that had fallen down and broken into segments, I had the top bit with all the branches going off it and helping keep the bear from getting close.

Re: Walking with wolves

@Metacarfre: There are no instances of a wolf ever attacking a human without provocation or the human cornering the wolf (see above post). I have had to fight a bear. Black bears are dicks. They are, in fact, a bowl of dicks.
