2. Alex's Stream (CH)
3. The Couch
4. Munro's Meats
5. Cruise Vacation

Re: Gaming General Chat Thread

So I got stuck on my first Dark Souls playthrough, with Ornstein and Smough. I tried beating Smough first. I tried beating Ornstein first. I tried summoning Solaire. I tried putting fire on my sword against Ornstein. I just can't beat the two together - while I focus on one the other interrupts me. ...

Not at all, although Yugioh: the Gathering sounds awful.

Re: The depressing depression thread

Someone told me today that my depression may be a result of me being vegan. In blood tests I have no issues, and I was very depressed way before I became vegan. I don't believe in a correlation here, but I was wondering what the lrrfolk think.

Note that it doesn't say "exile from the game". It is just exiled, period. They have to leave the room and / or country.

As for the idiots, I will leave that to the judge call.

I think Molten Nursery is too slow for your deck, since you will have to recast it after every Wave. Maybe an additional prowess creature?

Re: The depressing depression thread

A couple of days ago was my birthday, and I turned 24. My family remembered, and some of my friends did too, but most did not. Should I feel good that not all forgot, or bad that most people I know and consider friends did not remember? I ended up not seeing anyone the entire birthday and feeling sa...

Re: Design a Card

So I have an idea for a cool card, but the wording seems sub-optimal to me: Demon of Thought 2UB, 2/4, Mythic Legendary Creature - Demon Flying When Demon of Thought enters the battlefield, tap all creatures you don't control. Those creatures don't untap for as long as Demon of Thought is on the bat...

Re: The depressing depression thread

So the past week / two weeks have not been great, to say the least. I graduated and am working from home now, but I find that I do not want to do anything, least of all work. I don't want to check or answer emails, or talk to anyone about not important things, like everything at my work. I want to s...

This is the deck I drafter today. It was fun to play, but I went 2-1 because I drew no swamps and only black cards in one game.

Re: The depressing depression thread

Feeling a surge of self-doubt and weakness. That I am a failure that is not good at anything, does not belong anywhere or with anyone. I wrote this vague thing, as it helps me let it out: The wounded push forward, the scarred transverse voids. Old Thoughtslayer wields a soul of unbending will and po...

Re: Some thoughts about Planeswalkers

I generally don't like the Gatewatch. It feels like a very cheesy superhero team. I also don't think the dual-colour planeswalkers need to be similar the the guilds, since the guilds are not the absolute interpretation of the colours, to my understanding. You can be U/G without an interest in biolog...
