Re: The Loading Ready Run Kickstarter
The price is the only difference between those tiers. More people wanted them, but LRR made the second set more expensive so the earlier backers get some value for pledging first.

If you buy all the Rejected Wii-Play shirts and fly the crew to a desert, I will donate my E.T. cartridge to the cause.

The ad that was supposed to be after the video this week makes me sad. I was really looking forward to a Double Fine LoadingReady Ouya Pebble.

Re: The Loading Ready Run Kickstarter
Question: Will Season 11 still premiere on The Escapist, or does the fact that you are funding it through a Kickstarter mean that you'll have to upload Season 11 to Youtube or something? According to the livestream, the videos will be uploaded both places. I'm curious how the secret forum will turn...

Seriously my favorite line of the episode.
I had read about the 1986 family earlier and my only objection is the dude's mullet. I thought that hairstyle had died out.

The thing is, they clearly know how much it's worth; they have an FTV:20 Jace in the case with a huge price tag on him. They also sold their boxes of Modern Masters at MSRP. I do not know their underlying thinking, but I am certainly not going to question it.

Apparently my LGS had a From the Vault: 20 stashed away for some dude who never came to pick it up, so they sold it to me. At MSRP. I'm pretty sure that makes today a success.

Right, The Dinner Party. I knew this reminded me of something, but I couldn't place it.
But so what? This was still hilarious. I thought it was very well acted.
I can see "Jesus, he loved that cat" becoming one of those LRR lines that will never not be funny to me.

BTW, what format are Tally and Jer playing in the vine? Modern?
I think Jer said somewhere it's actually a highlander deck. In any case, Priest of Titania is not legal in Modern.

Both my wizard and the party's half-orc rogue managed to critical miss TWICE each. I think we did more damage to the party than any of the kobolds.

Just picked up MaddAddam by Margaret Atwood. It's the third book in the MaddAddam trilogy, which is kind of weird because most trilogies aren't named after the last book in the series, but whatever. The first two were fascinating, so I have high hopes for this one.
