Re: LRRCast for Secret of hte Sauce and House of the Dead
Wow, that was a long podcast. So long that the forum automatically signed me out while I was listening. But, it was good, so no problem.
A big thank you to Bradley Rains for his contribution to the podcast. I sincerely enjoyed hearing about the music process. That was educational.
James's make-up being temporary tatoos blew my mind a little. I totally thought those were latex appliques. Good job, Kathleen!
To Matt's comments on Mass Effect: I totally hear ya. As much as i loved that game, the inventory system and horrible checkpoint system were a serious pain in the ass. Although, I'm with Jer, I totally understood that one character was going to die. And while sucky, I was lucky enough to have never bothered leveling the character that died.
I didn't even realize that there was a Dragon Age flash game. I'm totally going to go check it out right when I'm done here.
Lastly, I'm glad I didn't contribute to that whole "Grilling Graham" thing. That was terrible. I'm sorry Graham chose to put himself through that.

Re: LRRCast for Secret of hte Sauce and House of the Dead
What did Kathleen say was bleeped? Was it the Dreaded C-Word?
Secret of HTE Sauce?
Secret of HTE Sauce?
Re: LRRCast for Secret of the Sauce and House of the Dead
Sorry about the broken link, folks! I ended up going through the upload process twice, and the second time I just left it uploading and forgot about it. When I got to my D&D game, I saw the page open and quickly made it live ... but it must have been a little too quick as I obviously messed up before going afk for several hours :S.
And here I was all proud of myself for getting the podcast up more-or-less on time for once - Thanks for fixing it, Paul .

All I'll say is she wanted it beeped, so I obliged. Also, beeping anything makes it sound way worse, so don't let your imaginations get too carried away ...

That was surprising to find out they were just temp tattoos. They looked really good.

Re: LRRCast for Secret of the Sauce and House of the Dead
Dare I say this podcast was more feature-rich than the nothing-in-particular one?
Kudos to Bradley Rains, and thanks for another weeks' podcast. It stopped me studying for my exam tomorrow though... :/

Which has totally never, ever happened before.
Re: LRRCast for Secret of the Sauce and House of the Dead
Yeah, Grilling Graham seemed like a better idea beforehand, as opposed to when I was actually doing it.
Maybe there's another venue for that sort of thing, but clearly it's not the LRRcast.
Apart from anything else, it doesn't involve the LRR cast.

If anyone thought for a second it stood a chance of air time, it probably would have been much more concise.

Re: LRRCast for Secret of the Sauce and House of the Dead
I usually skip What We're Playing Now, to be honest. As much as I like video games I don't find listening to people just shooting the breeze about them for a half hour or more very interesting. I just tune in for recollections about the video and AskLRR, both of which are extremely interesting/entertaining.

Re: LRRCast for Secret of the Sauce and House of the Dead
Fantastic. I love these podcasts almost as much if not more than the actual videos. Actually... I love EVERYTHING you guys do. "In England." *ROCKS OUT*
Also, as no one has noticed yet... A Freudian Slip there, eh Jer?
"This wee... is LOONG"
...
I'll let you draw your own conclsions.
Edit:
I'd also like to mention how AWESOME it was that you did a zombie movie. It's zombie week at our College (on the other side of the continent). When I looked online on monday, there were posts from YOU about Zombies, and the Number One Threat to America on the Colbert Report (I hope SOMEONE knows this show) was Zombies. I laughed.
...Long edit. This could have been another post.

Re: LRRCast for Secret of the Sauce and House of the Dead
I REALLY need to finish the listening stage before the posting-to-the-forums stage.
BORDERLANDS F.T.W.
What's your name on there (If that isn't too sketchy)? I'd be so rad to play online with The Graham.
Yes, THE. GRAHAM.
...Paul, the only reason you don't like the new GTA handling is because you attmpted to drive the Desert Bus. Once you steer that damn thing, you can never drive in a game again.

Re: LRRCast for Secret of the Sauce and House of the Dead
The WoW kid freakout videos are all fake. The guy uploading them to youtube uploaded two different versions of the same video (one where the kid who always gets angry has a huge boner and one where he doesn't. No, I'm serious) with the exact same premise and almost identical dialogue.

English is fun!
And now, random assorted thoughts:
Here we see the lesser spotted baldwin.
I enjoy that Graham has a different voice for "in america". This needs to be exploited for phailhaus (except everything already happens... in america).
yay for people other than my folks playing cribbage!

Such a vicious tone with Grilling Graham, what a disaster that was...
Re: LRRCast for Secret of the Sauce and House of the Dead
Yeah, I was trying to fly through them really quickly, like a lightning round.
That came across as sounding like I didn't give a shit. Sorry guys!

And I even (re)wrote a song for you.
*Runs away crying.*
I don't think any of us actually expected you to do them, much less care about them. The entire thing was pretty much a joke by the fourth reply. So, no biggie.

It was a joke by the time Matt posted, the second post.
