I just played that Wikipedia game you mentioned, and I will have to count it again to see how many it took me to get to philosophy.
I started at "lipoma", because I have one or two lipoma in my back and i find them a little disconcerting, though they don't hurt. (basically they are benign fat tumors). So I went:
