I'd make a mention of "Encouragement of Climb". Altho it started out in 2013, as a 5 minute episode micro-anime based on the manga of the same name, in 2014 it got a second series, expanded out into 15 minute episodes.

As the name implies it's intended to encourage kids to get out and about on Japan's many mountain trails. With 'Climb' being the trail hiking and camping use of the term, rather than rock-climbing. (There is some Rock-Scrambling tho!) But as it's arranged as a 'slice of life' anime about a group of girls with this particular hobby, it actually became a nice if light story. The lightness is actually a refreshing positive for the show in an era dominated by heavy-weight stuff.

Strongly recommended if you liked "Aria: The Animation".
