Another Lost Podcast

It would appear that after editing this weeks podcast (by all accounts, my fault) it was saved incorrectly (i saved it as mar9.mp3) at which point i cleaned out my podcast folder as it was reaching the 10GB mark. When i get home from work today i will look over my comp one more time in hopes of finding it. but it may be gone forever.

I know its a tad bit extreme for our entertainment, but does mac have ANY system restore function like wine-doze has? If you could just go back to the future...
