Nero was born in 1987? Fascinating! I guess you learn something new every day!

Notice his birth-death dates next to his name, that's mine thank you evil twin, but I admit I should have been more specific about him not being the last roman emperor ever, just the last of the Julio-Claudian dynasty, it just sounds less impressive that way :(

Ok, i have an interesting birthday

Only one i think is cool (who is dead! kurt kobain style) is this guy:

1967 - Layne Staley, American musician (Alice in Chains) (d. 2002)

BUT! unfortunaly, i foudn this a lot more awsome. As my name is infact Richard Morgan

Death: 1485 - Richard III, King of England (b. 1452)
Event: 1485 - The Battle of Bosworth Field decisively ends the Wars of the Roses.

i also have a lot of kings and popes being born and dieing on my birthday.. joyous.

AND CONGRATS TO GRAHAM FOR GETTING MY NAME RIGHT. you now have reached the top of the 'last to kill' list. ;)

EDIT: CAT CRAP, no point trying, Tank has a pirate..

that should be insta-win

Well, I know one person can take a joke here, but I don't think it's you. Of course Emperor Nero wasn't born in 1987, he was born in AD37.

I thought the "I'm joking" smiley wasn't needed here, since the comment was so outrageous, but apparently, I was wrong.

I was born July 8th (7 days from now!)... There's really not much of interest here, damnit. A few cool ones, I guess:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artemisia_Gentileschi - Italian painter, born 1593. I think I've seen a ton of her paintings on pretty much any historical show.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_D._Rockefeller - The guy who revolutionized the oil industry, born 1839. First ever billionaire, richest person in history, weee.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nelson_Rockefeller - From the same family, born 1908. Was Vice President of the United States.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Bacon - Born 1958. I know celebrities don't count, but come on. Kevin Bacon. Tremors, people, Tremors! Also, he's not dead yet, so lol.

Yeah, I got nothing.

Of random note, one person died on the exact day (1986) I was born: Skeeter Webb, a baseball player.

I just listened to the LRRcast again, and wanted to spoil Heroes for Matt. So Matt, Peter explodes at the end, like the future said. Can't mess with the future, didn't you read The Foundation?

Mr. Moderator, I motion that we retroactively give Emma a forum rank, as she has enacted the Olmos card. As stated in the ruling of the Internet Supreme Court case RU1337G, Olmos-Stevens v. X-Jeffreys,
"It is the decision of this court that the trump to the Race card is the Olmos card, therefore any play of the Olmos card, either spoken or writ, gives the player final say in any dispute or competition, and any late-played Olmos cards shall be given retroactive ability."

Give that girl a Klondike ba... I mean forum rank.

PS. If you do, PLEASE make her's be "The Olmos Card"

I haven't been on the LRRCast forum in a really long time, so this is a bit late, but I would like to agree that I should be given a forum rank for the Olmos card.

Well I put forth the motion, Lavos seconded it. Now all we need is for a majority of active members to approve and then it shall be so.
