The Last 3 Weeks

Postby James » 09 Aug 2007, 15:58

The podcast is up boys and girls. Sorry about the delay but the new way we are recording podcasts is rather time consuming to get made.

But does it sound better? What do you guys think?

It sounds a little crisper, like you're using a new microphone, or the acoustics where you're LRRcasting were better than normal.

It's a small difference, though, and I'm not sure I would have noticed if I hadn't been told.

'Nuff said. xkcd ftw.

In regards to Dr. Who, I saw it on www.tv-links.co.uk

And in regards to it sounding better, I noticed either you moved Matt away from the mic, or he shut up. Cuz I'm used to him yelling in my ear, and didn't notice for this one

Matt, you don't wish you were "more cool" you want more charisma.

Thanks guys. And I'm pissed I never thought of Tina Fey.

And Matt, no hard feelings. I just saw that picture and couldn't help myself.

My trivia guess: 26 gas station stops, spending $1100 in gas (that one is extra for ya)

17, and tourists from a country that is as unmountainous as possible. Also, swerving off the narrow winding road and rolling down the mountain. Also, ravenous bears. More so, those three in one event. With fire. So that it may be described as an epic bear/mountain conflagration.
Or, even worse, questionably stale bread.

Don't hold your breath

For the trivia: I guess 23 times, and Gibb (because he keeps slowing everyone down by making out with every guy he meets).

Stops: tempted to say over 9000... but I will guess you stopped between 18 and 24 times, as there is always the possiblity of multiple stops in one day and topping off the tank. And should there be a tie, even if I have a rank currently, the obvious answer is THE DUTCH, AGAIN!

PS. You're welcome Morgan.

PPS. At least Patton Oswald is funny. Beggers can't be choosers, Wiggins.

I asked Google, and it said 10. I think Google is lying to me again, so I'm ignoring it.

So I vote for nineteen gas-station stops. And for the tie-breaker: Travel Pamphlets.

my guess is.... 30... because if you stopped when you had to pee.. or were hungry... you would probably stop a lot... that and no one guessed in the 30's before...

and the obvious answer to this question is "THE DUTCH AGAIN!!" but i'm gonna have to go with a less obvious answer and say... YO MOMMA!!! ok, maybe its just as predicable, but hey, I got nothing here, and I don't feel like thinking...

Gas Stops - 31
Fuckers - Djoser

Also, I'm slightly miffed that Nate got his rank instantly, whereas mine has been backlogged for a month now.

23 stops.
And Jeremy ruins trips for expecting people to do things themselves.

That's my answer.

But many people can have the same number (and have already) and only if the tie-breaker is correct do they win.
