Consistently I have noticed that podcasts are too quiet when I play them. Usually I have to crank my stereo to even hear you guys, which makes it awkward when I listen to something else and OMG SO LOUD.
So I was wondering if there's something you or I could do to fix that. I listen to them in iTunes (v. 8.0.1) on my iBook. Any ideas?

Freeware Download.
http://mp3gain.sourceforge.net
Run the podcast through that program and they will all be at relatively the same volume.

they're pretty quiet to me, too. i usually listen at night(time they post here) and have to amp it up to 11 just to hear some people, then someone will yell and wake the entire house up(well, almost). i listen on quicktime via the site, so it's probably just how they're recorded.
