The angle was bad, the audio was bad, and the panel itself was a bit disorganized. Nobody's fault really, but I didn't put enough thought into the setup.

I will probably be doing a Runners pic or two.

I considered breathing fire for the camera but I don't think it's worth it, and when you're breathing the primordial impetus for third degree burns and witch murdering, it helps to know it's for something worthy.

Isn't this is loading ready run? Why could it not be worthy? =P. Plus Fire = Win.

While it'd be nice to have the full graphic as reference for the contest, it'd be great as a desktop wallpaper, too.

I dunno if I'd use it as a desktop, though, unless you're good at scaling images. There's still a little wonkiness that I'm having trouble/lost patience with. Not bad for msPaint, though. Enjoy.

ps. Graham or Paul, if you have a problem with it, say the word and it's gone and my sincerest apologies.

Hmmm. I already have the right color clothes. Probably enough for a couple of outfits. And I'm okay with some people laughing at me. But all of the internets? I'll have to think about this.

Fire + My flesh = Bad

Even expert fire breathers (which I most certainly am not) occasionally set themselves on fire, and then I'd ruin my outfit.

That said if the Runners have no shivs, breathing fire towards a bunch of gangsters would probably give them pause against "donating" some.

Here's a second, slightly more gangster, picture that I found on my phone. Again, from several weeks ago:

If James/Graham/whoever would send me or post the picture(s) of me, Chrusher, and Shandi (I think) in our runners outfits from the panel, that could work for my entry. Otherwise I'll have to find a camera.

Once you get new game+, you can go through the game VERY quickly, provided you have all the rad gear from the sidequests (pro tip: do the Black Omen in 1000 AD, then 600 AD, then 12000 BC, the second and third times are really easy and you get some of the loot more than once).

Seeing all of the significantly different endings could be done in like a quarter of the time it took to beat the game the first time, excepting the new ending, which I can't speak for, having not gotten it.

Considering this was before the podcast went up I think we have a slight edge. It was kind of weird to hear a version of the podcast at the panel at Gottacon then to hear this week's podcast.

Hmmm, 3/4 of my wardrobe is blue, in every imaginable teint of blue. I lack the black portion of it though. (Would dark Navy blue work? Don't really think so)

Do not tell anyone but the jacket I am wearing in the photo James or Graham should put up is a dark navy blue rather than black.

I'm so in on this contest.
Also, FF6 >>>>>>>>> FF7
Also matt stop getting levels. You don't want to raise your level too much before you get espers.

With some chunky gangsta sunglasses and a bandana/cap, you'll be a slightly more anonymous version of you.

So far I've spent £20 on a shirt for this.

That's less than the £105 coat I was considering, but I still consider it robbery.

Is it possible for me to screw myself out of seeing a certain ending by doing/not doing something? Or once I've beaten the game once, will I still be able to get all the other endings at some point?

Tim: There's are 2 extra levels on the DS, 1 introduced about 3/4 way through the game. Do that side quest, you will level up to the point where you can start the game and beat Lavos w/ Chrono.

Matt: like someone said before, use a Phoenix Down. Also, gain yourself some levels on the Veldt, and don't underestimate Gau's ability, and really utilize your relics well...
FFVI is my second favorite FF btw.

The rarest movie I own is Peking Opera Blues. Find it, watch it... you can find it easily on amazon.
Also, I had the RSC version of Cyrano de Bergerac, with Derek Jacobi, using Anthony Burgess' translation, but my brother taped Voyager's season 5 finale when it first premiered; it's like 80 bucks on amazon and is otherwise impossible to find. I don't think I'll ever get over this.
