I reeaaaally need to sleep right now, or else I'll be pretty messed up for college today, but I'm listening to as much of this as I can before going to sleep.
Thank heck this isn't Desert Bus, or I'd be listening to it whilst asleep.

Hey that's great, thanks for posting this. I'd really like to know if there's a video to accompany this ,because theres' a couple times where stuff that happens doesn't translate very well into audio. Like there's a section at about 59 mins where everyone starts cheering, but I have no clue what's going on.
Also, about a hour in the ending LRR theme played. I don't know whether it's because I had to download the podcast and it corrupted a little bit instead of being able to watch it in the internet window or not, but I thought I'd bring it up anyway.

At least in Canada, we have both Colleges and Universities, but they're distinct institutions that offer separate programs (generally, if you want to get a BSc or something, you go to a university, if you want to do anything vocational, you go to college). However, then you have places like the "University of King's College". Still don't know what's up with that.

There's video for this, but it could be a few days before it gets properly posted.
It's essentially a talking-heads version, with a few close-ups of pictures that Graham showed on the projector, but it'll be cool to see. Very long and a very big file though, of course.

So, in essence, what you're saying is I get to watch this twice. =p

I actually kinda agree with Matt here.
Either the Cowboy BeBop movie will be amazing, and that pretty much speaks for itself, or it'll be complete shite, and then I'll just have another hilarious Keanu Reeves movie to add to our "make fun of Keanu Reeves" movie nights.
The worst thing they could do would be to pull a Max Payne. So close to good that it ends up being completely horrible.

I'll throw Dead Space: Downfall to that list of movies that had POTENTIAL to be good but just fell short.
Definitely gonna have to listen to this tomorrow night, for now I sleep though as apparently that's healthy.

And that is not the end of Rodriguez (it's not supposed to be him who got Fridge'd... that was ambiguous). Just so you know.
Like British series, we're going 6 episode with this one...[including] Spaced
1. Screw you Canada, we got seven episodes a series for Spaced!
For the second time I remind you that Spaced had seven episodes per season.

I thought everyone in the world except Americans called it university.
High School ends at 16, at which point one can either bugger off; attend 6th-form college; or attend vocational college. That lasts till one is 18, at which point if they attended 6th form college they get the option to go to University. Of course, if they attend a city university, such as OxBridge, the University is broken down into colleges, Kings College Cambridge is one such entity. So Lying could have been referring to any of those things, that or used the US term and was actually talking about Uni.

Speaking of movies that fell short. Did anyone else see that Resident Evil CG movie that came out recently? If so what did you all think about it?Unlucky wrote:ChiUnit4evr wrote:The worst thing they could do would be to pull a Max Payne. So close to good that it ends up being completely horrible.

I was sorely disappointed by that movie. The animation was damn good, not FFVII: AC good, but still good, the plot was just absolutely inane and mindless...not a thinking movie in the slightest.
Very entertaining, and great news about the t-shirts. Mine fits all funny. It doesn't stop me from wearing it, but still. Great news.

Perhaps just edit it down to the points where the video is most important, then? Like a highlights reel, and then link to the podcast in the description if anyone wants to see the full thing.
