I guess the last podcast was too silly so they are doing a podcast about a recent outbreak of theology.

Interesting. I think I have to agree with Matt on Project Natal.

BTW, the solution to typing on the Xbox 360. Buy a USB keyboard.

On the subject of windows update; you can set it to not automatically download / automatically install updates. This should stop it rebooting your computer in the middle of vital and important stuff =P.

The Wii can play DVDs, but only with a homebrew software install.

Metroid Prime is everything about Metroid. It's an adventure game focused on exploration. I'm kind of afraid of playing my copy of Prime 3 because i understand that it has other characters in it, and that is the most disgusting thing to my metroid sensibilities.

the intro mission is rough for that, you're on an alliance space station, and they all talk. once you get past the intro though, the only "other characters" are a couple of competing bounty hunters. They do not talk.

I expected far more askLRR......but with fewer of you it takes even more time to answer questions.

And for the record, my question on page 49 was not edited in, as seen by the fact that there is no "edited 1 time on ____" at the bottom of it. Of course, by the time you actually get to it in a month or so, it won't be quite so timely.

God! Someone needs to shut Matt up. The podcasts are over an hour and most of it is Matt bitching about project Natal or the controls on some Metriod game no on cares about. The LRRcasts would be way shorter and much better if someone hit Matt in the face every time he started talking.

if I were to make a list of all the good ways to make a good first impression with a first post on the Loading Ready Run Forums, slagging off one of the crew members would not be on that list.

Yay my questions got answered!

I am glad that calling it a "mithril stomach" got a chuckle.

To Matt: strangely, I am the same way. I wrote the question around the time of "Watchmen Watching", so the shirt ad inspired it.

The creme in yummies sounds...rather unpleasant.

Also, the A in my username is long, not short. Like "Octavius" but with seven.

Someone probably already said this, but you can turn off the Windows Updates. I've had mine turned off for years, and I had a whole hell of a lot more problems caused by them than I have had from them being turned off.

I'm definitely on the same page as you guys regarding the motion control stuff. I really don't want to be flailing about in order to play a video game. It looks cool and it's interesting tech, but it's not where I'd like to see video games going.

An E3 presented item that I can't wait to see more of is Dragon Age. I've yearned for a good fantasy RPG for waaaay to long. I miss my Baldur's Gate.
