Seems a good place as any to put this:
Thank you very much for posting these videos. More than anything else they have made my wife interested in travelling to a non-English-speaking country (in this case Japan), which has sparked her curiosity. I thank you very much!

When I was in Kyoto with my cousins we found quite a good craft beer bar.
We are all made of star dust. However we are also made of nuclear waste.

Future Graham likely knows this as opposed to Past Graham, but KFC's popular in Japan because of Christmas. Some foreign customer came in in 1974, wanted traditional Christmas turkey, couldn't find it because turkey doesn't exist in Japan, resorted to KFC instead (which had only entered the Japanese market in 1970), the lightbulb went on above KFC's head, promptly ran a 'Kentucky For Christmas' promotion, it went over like gangbusters and now KFC is a Japanese Christmas tradition you actually have to make reservations for in advance.
And then KFC later went ahead and made the chicken hype last into the rest of the year.
In 2012, KFC opened a place at Tokyo's Shimokitazawa station with a fully-stocked whiskey bar.
