Phailhaüs - 05

Postby Graham » 10 Apr 2008, 08:32

Finally got Paul in on one of these.
We had planned on shooting this week's video, but the schedule got rearranged, so: Phailhaüs was the obvious, logical, conclusion.

SPITE.

Is Season 1 Box Set of 30 Rock sick?

I, for one, welcome our new Turkey masters.

And shouldn't that be aphlattus?

And today I am SyncMaster 940x.

I hate ambiguity almost more than i hate redundancy in writing. For example, every time I see a tv spot (or billboard or bus ad or etc) for Tim Horton's new "Slow Roast Beef Sandwich", I cringe considerably.

I mean come on.

That's the best Phailhaus so far.

First, it's got Paul and Paul always brings the awesome.

Second, redundancy pic. Ha!

By the way, turkeys are pretty scary. If you've ever been chased by one then you'll know.

Just because I didn't see the redundancy joke coming a mile away doesn't mean I don't laugh when the execution is done well!
There are things in this world that I dislike. One of the things I dislike the most is a serious argument, well constructed, delivered by someone who makes themselves difficult to respect.

The Turkeys were by far the funniest part of that Haus, right along with Emperor Paulpatine

Redundancy was awesome XD

Sir Doctor Godfrey Pittington Smythe II's hair did look very weird, at least to me XD

Also I hope that Season 1 Box set of 30 Rock gets better soon. :3

Glad to see Paul in on one of these.

Also, I live practically in Madison, Wisconsin & I hadn't heard about the turkey thing. Shows I should maybe read the Wisconsin State Journal more.

1. I don't think I'm sick, did I sound stuffed up?

2. April 9th was name yourself day. Since it is no longer April 9th, the self naming would now considered in bad taste, like playing an April Fools joke on April 2nd. Besides, we don't want anything to get in the way of Golfer's Day!

What if you name yourself after a golfer? Or just name yourself A. Golpher?

Phail. Epic Phail. :D

Though I was curious as to when you mentioned the "bring your gun to work" article. They just meant that you would bring your gun in your car to work and leave it in the car?

If so, the logic of Florida both astounds and amazes...as to its stupidity.

Strong you are in the Phail Side... but not that strong.

I just noticed that the word of the day is misspelled. Afflatus has 1 T and 2 Fs, not the other way around as seen in the graphic.

For those wondering, it's Latin for "Inspiration"

i think this was better than the last two videos. like they were watchable but not as good as this.

{edit} i don't mean the pahilhaus vids, i mean the other ones {/edit}

i hate to point it out but - why not just eat the turkeys? you could just pretend they are like the Dodo and walk with a lump of wood and knock them on the noggin.

i would even offer my services of turkey knockin if i were in the area...

I watched it at work. While my coworkers were around. I was able to keep it together for most of the video. It became increasingly difficult during the redundancy joke. I almost caved when Graham renamed himself. I lost it when Paul renamed himself and as a result, got a lot of strange looks. Thanks guys!

Seconded. He has really good bedhead. Mine generally looks like someone raped a shi tzu. On my head.

I'M THE VICTIM HERE!

Also...

Never let down, never run around, or desert you?

FUN FACT: In the wild, turkeys actually live in trees. Yes, a bird that size can fit on a tree branch and sleep. I live in the woods, and see wild turkeys all the friggin time.
