The Dutch is just business. I've being tasked with defending the realm from the Dutch, so that's what I do. The French though, with their....Frenchness....that's personal. That's hatred.

I'll just assume this is the thread for people playing MW2. Has anyone put together a LRR clan? That could be fun.

Good enough for some people to have reached level 47 less than a day after it was released.

I'm gonna set my clan tag to LRR, just in case anyone else gets the same idea.

I always go through the single player first. Fuck me, but it's brilliant. So many times I literally said out loud, "Holy shit..."

I bought it at 5PM yesterday, played for 6 hours straight. Finished Single Player, and am now moving into Multiplayer.

The story WAS AWESOME.

The scene right before the credits made me Nerdgasm.

I've just beaten MW2 on Vetran Difficulty, and I thought I'd come here to brag.

Frankly, I think this one was a little easier than the first (fewer RETARDED chokepoints) but tis was a damn fine game.

Now to mop up the remaining achievements, and away I go~

If you need help finding some of the enemy intel drops, I'd suggest RoosterTeeth's Achievement Hunter videos. They're informative and hillarious!

I was gonna use gamespot's visual guide, and play on ultra-easy mode to grab them all.

i wasn't looking for them on my first play through. Veteran is tough enough, without that added headache.

/disagree.

the single player is excellent.

I'm not discounting the quality of the multi, but they package it with a badass singleplayer campaign.

I feel like they knew that people would be buying it for the multiplayer rather than the single player more so than with the first modern warfare. While the single player is excellent it seems a bit... lacking compared to how it was in the first one. Maybe too many Michael Bay scenes for my taste but still awesome.

Multiplayer here I come.

as badass as it might be, i wouldn't want to pay 60 bucks for a single player campaign i can finish in under 8 hours, no matter how many explosions it has.

Truth.

I mean the game came out on Tuesday and everyone I know that started the single player campaign is already done with it.

Slightly off topic: I have been seeing the acronym MW 2 for a while, but just this minute realized it didn't stand for Mass Effect.

I suck.

Interestingly, this is probably the same mental glitch that is convinced despite all evidence that PSP stands for "Play Station Pony."
