"Birth by Sleep"?
And Zack? Refresh my memory, since it's been a decade since I played FFVII, but he's Aeris' dead boyfriend, right? The guy Cloud pretended to be for some reason.

You have obviously not played Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII.

I also share in Gordon's ecstatic behaviour. This is followed by an OMGWTFWHAAAA!?
That... That is awesome. I'm actually playing the awesome that is Crisis Core recently, up to Nibelheim finally.. But seeing him on KH: Birth by Sleep is just awesome. It's kinda funny that one of the lead characters this time has a similar hairstyle to Zack's too. There's Ventus, Aqua and Terra, right? The first three keyblade masters? I think it's Terra that looks a little like Zack, just from that one little screencap in the middle of the scan.
...But what's with the pants? o.O Would've thought he'd have a cooler SOLDIER look..

Final Fantasy VII ended when I finished it. Judging by Advent Children, anything else tacked on is pure retardation, even more than the game itself.Gordon Fearman wrote:You have obviously not played Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII.
There, I said it.

Crisis Core is definitely better than Advent Children and, I believe, FF7.

Hold on, wait up a sec.. So.. You finished FFVII, FFN, but apparently there's not allowed to be history before or after it? Sure, I never watched Advent Children properly, just parts of it.. I did find it a little odd, aside the awesome new look Cloud gets. But Crisis Core is amazing to put it bluntly. It really ties things together perfectly, even adds some new stuff that only occurred back then.
Not gonna lie, Zack is by far one of THE best Final Fantasy main characters out there. Followed loosely by Auron and Zidane.

Take that back. I loved Crisis Core but it wasn't better than the original FF7!
Although seeing Sephiroth in those amazing graphics and hearing him actually speak was incredible. Especially clearing up what actually happened at the Nibelheim mansion and the reactor.

Birth by Sleep is an upcomming KH game.
Zack is indeed Aeris' past boyfriend, and the guy whose identity Cloud somewhat usurped.

I'm not taking it back and you can see my problems with FF7 in the Final Fantasy Rant thread.

Re: What do heaven and KH have in common?
Got a quick translation here.
A SOLDIER from FFVII and the King of the world make an appearance!!
Finally Zack form FFVII will be making his first appearance in the Kingdom Hearts series. And our always busy King Mickey, after much expectation by fans, has also been revealed! He’ll be making quite an appearance in this game!
You’ll have combined attacks with both Zack and the King!
When the heroes go to other worlds they will meet all sorts of charming companions! They will be able to borrow their power through something called a “D-LINK”!
A SOLDIER from FFVII: Zack!
He is an aloof soldier who appears in Olympus Colosseum. He is now in training to make himself stronger!
(picture of Ven and Zack) They are battle companions!
A picture you can see of the two of them in the world of Grecian mythology “Olympus Colosseum”.
(picture of Terra and Zack) Terra vs. Zack!
They have both entered into the Tournament and will fight against one another! But who will win and become a Hero like Hercules?
???: What was that you said!?
D-LINK Hero’s Pride
Finish Attack
Terra can borrow power from Zack and gain new abilities! “Hero’s Pride” will send out a blast from his keyblade.
The King of Disney Castle: King Mickey!
Patrolling the worlds!? He appears in the heavenly “Radient Garden”.
Saving Aqua!
When you’re in trouble, the King will jump in to save you!
King Mickey: Take this girl somewhere safe!
D-LINK Holy Blast
Finish Attack
Linking with the King, Aqua can release the non-element attack “Holy” in lots of bullets of light.
You can even link with your friends during wireless play!
If you connect to the wireless you will be able to use “D-LINK” to link with your friends! Just set them and you’ll be able to use their abilities! Even a low level player would be able to use a high level attack this way!

See, in retrospect, I kinda hate FF VII's fictional universe.Hileict wrote:Hold on, wait up a sec.. So.. You finished FFVII, FFN, but apparently there's not allowed to be history before or after it? A Japanese one, of course.
I wonder if by the time this comes out in the UK I'll somehow have access to a PSP.
