I recently tried to play KotOR for the first time. I never play "evil" in those games so I decided to try it as Dark Side for my first playthrough. Seven hours in I was just angry and frustrated and I hated all my party members. While that's actually pretty rational for the dark side I felt it was interfering with my enjoyment of the game, so I think I'm going to restart it again soon as Light Side.

I recently replayed Terranigma, which was great fun. And I've been playing through Symphony of the Night as Richter on and off for months, forgetting about it for weeks at a time and then returning to it when I want something to do while listening to podcasts.

Right now I'm playing scriptwriting, webcomic writing, diary writing and that perennial favourite, job hunting; not much time for games. Although I still manage to spent large amounts of "job hunting" time on Kongregate or Newgrounds racking up pointless achievements.

I've actually started playing Final Fantasies 4-9. One day I'll actually play 1 and 2. Have them in my drawer. I was halfway through 6 when 9 was released on PSN so I've now started that.

Bought Mega-Drive Classics for the PS3 and I'm currently having fun with Sonic 2, though the drowning music does touch some weird part of the brain that makes me randomly hit the off button and scream "That didn't count! Shut up!"

i always thought it was hilarious that Bastila would warn me of my actions leading to the dark side, when my skin was already deathly pale and veiny. sadly, there's no "too fucking late, bitch" response.

i probably would have finished it if it didn't start crashing every 10 minutes. that was a great 10 bucks well spent :\

right now the oldest game i am playing regularly is GTA4... Audiosurf every once in a while, too, and Rock Band 2 when new stuff comes out that i like.

not playing anything really "old".
