First, make sure you're running the most recent version of Minecraft. Choose multiplayer, add server, and then enter in lrrcraft.com as your server. Then prepare to have your mind fucking BLOWN.

I use mc.lrrcraft.com, but I assume that will also work.

If your mind does blow, try to avoid blowing holes in any of the spawn buildings, I think the Creepers have demarcation issues if you start to encroach on their job description.

Yes, both lrrcraft.com and mc.lrrcraft.com work currently.

*checks configuration* Actually, anything.lrrcraft.com currently works, so you could put bubba.lrrcraft.com and it'll work.

And yes, you need version 1.6.4 to enter, but you can auto-download it if you don't have it.

Clarification of something, due to an incident with ElFuzzy tonight.

It's been said many times, but was never written down as an official rule. Now it is. Spawn City is for "community" buildings only. It is for buildings that are for the usage and appreciation of everyone on the server. Therefore, all building projects in Spawn City must be authorized by an admin (currently me) first. All unauthorized buildings will be removed/deleted.
Also, I've removed all the unauthorized "Free Lot" and "City Lot" signs from the area, as they were probably confusing matters as well.

The question came up: "If I don't use these, who will?"
That is not for you to determine. Also, it's not as if I'm completely refusing that you use the land. We have a bank, a church, a melon-constructed chicken shack, a lighted pond, and that inverted tower thing. They're all just decorative. So is the LRR sign. So I'm not averse to "art projects" or decorative buildings in any way.

I just want to be asked first, and I'll give you the go-ahead if I approve. I thought this was explicit enough in Rule 6: "All building projects will be inspected by Memo."
However, since it was not, I have made Rules 10 and 11 to cover it.

Fuzzy: I'm not saying I disapprove of your idea for a Companion Cube sculpture. Heck, if you had asked first, I might have helped you build it. I like the Companion Cube as much as the next Portal fan. However, I disapproved of your unilateral decision to just start building something in town without asking first. If you want to build in town, ask. If you want your own rules, find your own area to build it in, or ask me if you would like to find a good area for a project.

1. Boredom and impatience are no excuse for ignoring the rules.
2. It didn't even necessarily have to be "miles" away. There are some pretty good spaces of land close to spawn. If you don't mess with the snow farm, the land next to Kool's place is free. Plenty of area around empath's tower is free. Since Jostain isn't around, all of the land in the triangle between Smeghead's farm, aubie's tower, and RAIC's house is free. None of these areas are "miles" away from spawn, and that's only counting a single direction. (The land around Chelsea's place is very open and unexplored.) You could easily have built in any of these areas. As long as the "neighbors" don't mind and I don't have to mediate any issues between players, it's cool.

And if you don't like my admin decisions, you've got 3 options that I can see:

1. Find another server.
2. Start your own server.
3. Pitch in to help pay for this server and I might give your opinions more weight.

So, Fuzzy... Want to start over again, this time going through the appropriate channels?

And then it never came up again. I suspect that by the time whatever project you were working on was done, we'd forgotten about the stables.

I'm sure I'll be on both. I've set up a small server for the LRR crew to use when we wanna stream on it and when we wanna stream from the LRR server we can do that as well.
