Cool. Sometime before the next render, that's going away. (Still need to trim the NE corner of the map, too.)

Idea: on the Lrrcraft website, there should be a list of what is available to buy at spawn as well as the price. It'd be handy for people not in the area at the time, but want to plan things out

That... could be good.

I'll consider it.

Admiral Matt, you made those two new towers too big.

You expanded the half circle one by like 5 or 6 blocks in each direction. and the other one is supposed to be the least of the 4 towers.

Haven't been on the LRRcraft server before, cannot connect as of this post.
Have I missed something/do I need to be whitelisted?

There's no whitelist, and minecraft shows the server is up for me, so I'm guessing you're connecting to the wrong address. The IP on the first page is for the old lrrcraft server.

To connect, use:

Re: The End Raid, I'm not going to be able to make it as I'd hoped due to working all weekend. Also, probably not going to be up for any kind of group activity until after we move.

Also, did the Market ever have a "sell" option where you could sell things back to the Market and get a small number of dongs? Is there a reason why we're not doing that?

Sorry hosk, that 4th tower is my fault. Admiralmatt asked me to build it.

We used to but it broke. Memo plans to bring it back with 1.8

Yeah, from everything I've heard, it's not going to be this weekend anyway, and we're bumping it to next weekend.

Not anymore. It seemed to be a temporary glitch.

Can't blame me for that one I haven't been back on. Also AdmiralMemo you can delete my construction (3000, -220). After I crashed the server I figured I should just stick to single play.

It's not even definitive that you DID crash the server, and when you got back on, your connection seemed fine. Don't be scared to come back in.

Hey guys - a little late to the party, but I figured I'd give this Minecraft thing a try... or at least, on a world that isn't just a population of 1.

So... the thing is, I sort of went ahead and set up a crappy little starter outpost in what turns out to be fairly remote and uncharted territory. The co-ords are somewhere in the neighbourhood of 1200, 3040. Fortunately, it's all just super basic, so I'm not going to lose any sleep over having to pack up and move somewhere less stupid.

Sorry : \

Yeah. Would prefer you move somewhere within 2K of spawn until we 1. get it filled out more, and 2. 1.8 comes out.

This is especially since, as mentioned earlier in the thread, those chunks are getting deleted soon.

The build at 830, -180 was declared abandoned by Linkstorm88, so I'd like to claim it.

There was a large (2x3) existing mining tunnel that reached all the way to some natural tunnels under my property.

I'd like to build a water access tunnel to the Bayou River though this mineshaft from the Acropolis.

There is a rail (leading from my Great Hall to the Forest Underground Interchange) that will not be affected in any way by this construction. (I intend to go under it using a piston canal system.)

I've done some tunnel widening and marked it on the map, but if you don't approve, it can be reverted.

The ultimate goal is boat access to the Acropolis from the river network of builds around the Bayou, as well as something to do while I try to think of what I want to do with the remaining space on the Acropolis.

Me again. So I managed to get stuck to a fairly epic degree... There's a (unauthorized, it seems) nether gate out in the wilds near my new set-up, and being a moron, I checked it out. So now, I'm stuck in the exit portal, walled in with bedrock, can't open the chat, menu, inventory, or f*** all of anything really.

I'm currently at -71, 41, -106 in the nether, and likely to be here for quite a long time.

The wiggly portal effect is making me nauseous.

 I just wanna go home

EDIT: Fixed it - the key was hitting the obsidian really hard. With the pick. A lot.

Hey, popped onto the server for the first time today (thanks to KingKool for showing me spawntown).

Is anyone building on the plateau at around 1610 x, -1000 z ?
If not, I'll be building myself a house there.

Alright Tuck, my Staff has been deposited in the Labyrinth. However, there isn't an EXIT from the labyrinth quite yet, so I'll have a nice suicide pool near the entrance.

my store is at 515, -263. the quickest way to get to it is from the rail station at acropolis NW tower.

from spawn, the path is old community building, host tower, lighthouse, pentagon store arrival(currently no departure rail).

Hey everyone, I've been on the server for about a week now and haven't said hi yet in this thread. My area is at around -1400, 90, close to muihtil's Nether gate. Feel free to drop by, but there isn't much to see yet. There's a ship of ice, and I'm building 1:2.5 million scale models of the planets, and that's about it for now.

The scale models bring me to a request I have: please, please, please add lapis to the Spawn City market. It's currently the only ore that isn't in there, and I need a lot of it to build Neptune. Pretty please?

Lapis has been considered, especially in light of the changes to the 1.8 enchanting system.

On the thought of adding stuff to the Market. Since we have blocks with... unusual textures, how about giant mushroom? If I'm reading the wiki right, it may be possible to generate a mushroom block with the red and white texture on all sides. (Since Silk Touch-ing up any giant mushroom block just gives a kind of blah tan block.)
