Yeah, would be nice to see a UK release too. If all else fails though, we'll still be able to import it, although that would raise a few issues of its own...

I'd like to see an Aussie release, personally. It looked interesting.

Dudes, you do realise the game is 90% a block climbing game. You start at the bottom of a level and climb up as you play as some emo american (what anime artists think americans look like) dude who can't handle the fact his girlfriend is pregnant so he sleeps with some other woman and the guilt haunts him. That is pretty much it. From what I am hearing it has nowhere near the depth or appeal of a Persona or any of the Megaten games (I know it isn't a Megaten game but its the same people who make it).
Check out the Giant Bomb quick look and you will see what type of game it is, one word : LAME.

I thought the block climbing was actually interesting. It's different, and I wouldn't mind trying it. Heck I've got Deadly Premonition to prove that I like my different.

Is Deadly Premonition any good to play as a game? I know the story is messed up but is it worthwhile?

I'm... intrigued by Catherine. Not sure if it's enough for me to buy it though, if it ever does come out over here. In all honesty I'm put off by the fanservicey box art.

Oh, I know, it's just if that's what the majority of the game's like I don't really see the appeal of it.

I can't recommend it without feeling like I might mislead you, but if you want to play it and take in the story yourself go for it. I'd suggest playing it with friends
