Voice controlled Bing on Kinect. Bad idea...

"What are you up to?"

"Not much, just playing some X-Box."

"So, did you hear about that guy next door-"

"You mean Peng?"

"-getting arrested for having pics of child porn?"

"XBOX SEARCHING"

"Oh god, no!"

Halo 4 to 6 coming. Another trilogy. That was their big reveal. I am pretty damn disappointed with their show. Really REALLY disappointed.

I wasn't disappointed. Sure, I didn't care about most of the stuff, but I wasn't expecting anything either, so the stuff I found cool was actually cool to me.

Hopefully I won't miss much on my way home from work tomorrow from Nintendo's conference.

Peter Moore attempted to repeat South Park's line from previous episode. Not sure good idea.

So, I tuned in for part of the livestream, and wow... I have never been so underwhelmed by a Tim Schafer game. That looks... urgh. Kinect is an impressive piece of tech, as all the clever Kinect hacks have proven, but as a gaming device... I just don't see it.

That NFS: The Run game looked alright....

....if they removed the NFS tag on it. Seriously, NFS used to be about RACING. Not outrunning people. Fast and Furious: The Game is all this has turned into.

I've been yelled at by two people on Twitter, for future reference enough to make me stop, so now this thread gets me.
Did anyone else notice how great the Ubisoft lineup is in comparison to the EA one? Seems they win out of the two big devs. And even before the fact I can kinda say Microsoft lost out of the three console manufacturers, what a poor presentation...

Mr Caffeine was soooooo bad. Oh my god.

GreigKM: Hmmm BF3 kinda swayed me to EA. Ubisoft had more fun games but no whopper like BF3
And yeah like I said I was disappointed with the Microsoft one.

Uncharted 3 looks good. On the fence about Resistance 3

Since the iphone and android phones later on I don't think there is any chance of making money on a handheld. Sony has had some nice games (uncharted 3 and infamous 2) but so far it is pretty boring.

Vita graphics do look good I must say

I have the feeling it will be the new Duke Nukem Forever. Often talked about but never happening until someone finally picks it up in a number of years.

Sadly I didn't make it to the end of the Sony conference, it got late, they were going on and on about the Vita and I headed to bed. Sony had a better line-up then Microsoft (come on Microsoft give me some exclusives to play on my 360) but like Greig said Nintendo will blow them both out of the water. It was known for a while that Nintendo was debuting their new console so you'd better step up.

And I expect Nintendo to keep in touch with their new fanbase but also have more for their original fanbase with the new console.
