Cradle of vitallity.
4 mana enchantment from shards, pay 2 colourless when you gain life and put that many +1/+1 counters on target creature.

Also endless horrizons, 4 cost enchantment that lets you exile any number of plains from your library, during your draw step you can just put one of them into your hand instead of drawin.

Tower of Eons and Cradle of Vitality is a nasty pair, but combining cradle with anything that has Lifelink is also pretty steep.
