Help these people help you help us all
As you may know, accepting the updated EULA for PSN or Origin includes a clause saying that you give up your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit. These people are fighting against that.

And the actual website of the group involved.
As a member of the EU and therefore (I believe) immune from these sweeping EULA clauses, I don't see the value in me sending a letter through these guys (if anything it would cost the letter of someone else who might actually need it), but if it looks like they're getting responses, I might at least donate to the cause.

If you're in the EU there is no value. The Giantbomb article said as much.

All I have to say, is really? Were any of you thinking about suing sony at any point in your lives? I get that its a principle idea that we shouldn't be stripped of that right, but I believe this is more directed at developers and people who could sue the PSN for lost time and money, not users who whine about not getting to play black ops for a few weeks. Yes its annoying, but personally I would rather sue origin who is doing the same thing, but thats just because EA is being stupid. Sony, at least in my opinion, is still alright.
Doing whatever, whenever, whoever.

Giantbomb wrote:"I thought of the idea after first hearing about the new Sony PSN opt-out clause but didn't think much of it until it came to light that Origin had the same one," said organizer Matt "Jaku" Jakubowski over email.
