As a loyal Game customer for many years I was a little irked 3 months ago when I was told I could not pre-order the CE of Mass Effect 3 because all orders had been filled. I ordered the regular edition and went on my merry way. A few weeks ago I saw Asda Direct doing a sweet deal and ordered it from there. As such I figured no harm no foul with Game. Then I get the email giving me 5 pounds store credit because they cannot fill my order. So on the whole I am still very happy with Game.
