0x10c: Scifi by Notch
Re: 0x10c: Scifi by Notch
Freelancer is good, and the X series are meant to be good but I've found them hard to get into. Maybe Eve online.

If you have a mobile phone that still has buttons, I'd highly recommned Galaxy on Fire (and its sequel). Its a 3D space flight sim, with a short story campaign and an enormous sandbox with plenty of planets, missions and craft upgrades that will entertain for hours! Plus its portable and cheap. I think they remade the second one for the iPhone, but I can't vouch for the controls on that one...

Hm... the Elite game seems to be abandonware now so I guess ill give it a try to see what its about while freelancer is installing.

Someone on the new r/0x10c has made a live assembler test page, could be very handy to folks like Fugi

Very basic assembler / disassembler / emulator. Going for a highly modular approach to ensure I can extend it easily.
