The $9.00 loot-o-rama TF2 LRR Tour!
The game: Team Fortress 2 co-op
The time: TBD
Idea: 6-man LRR team battles TF2 robots to score teh mad loots.
The idea is simple. Everyone buys 3 tour of duty tickets and three squad surplus tickets. We form a party on Steam and play the “Operation Mecha Engine” campaign. We each spend one Tour of Duty ticket and one squad surplus ticket on each mission. In doing so, we’ll all get a MINIMUM of 7 drops per mission (one from the TOD ticket and one from each person’s squad surplus ticket, plus whatever drops we get during the campaign); totaling a minimum of 21 drops + the tour completion drop. Who’s in?

Sounds like fun. When? I'll be on a business trip from Thursday to Sunday, but other times seem good.

Well, first we have to gather enough people. Me, you and Elf makes 3. We need 3 more. Then we'll figure out a time that works for everyone.

I prefer Fuzz, and good 2 know I'm in, to clarify it's only a $9 buy in right?

I might be up for it, but I haven't played much TF2 lately. I'd have to do some playing before hand and give the MvM mode a try first.

I would do this, but if I recall correctly (haven't done MvM in a while), the Mecha Engine tour is extremely hard.
It would either take many many hours, or not complete this idea at all.

Elf: there's no tax. Rarely is on digital goods.
Everyone else: it looks like we have our 6 people. How about sometime next week? Perhaps next weekend? Everyone list what time would be good for them.
Edit: Also, if you haven't played Mann Vs. Machine mode yet, Start practicing. I understand this particular campaign is rather challenging. Headset/mic is not required, but a huge plus, IMO.
Edit 2: Crap, I misread Mario's post. Alright, we need 1 more person. Everyone ask around.

I don't know if I'll be able to schedule it that soon. Maybe the following weekend? Saturday late morning to early evening would be about the only time I could.

No worries, Memo. We don't even have a full crew yet.

So who wants to give me lessons, I'd rather not hit an advanced mission blind. And seeing as I cant complete more than a handful of intermediate waves I think I could use some instruction.

I don't think I'm going to be able to take part. Been busy, and I'm running low on funds. Sorry about that.
