Just a heads up in case anyone freaks out. (Not sure why anyone would, but regardless...) I murdered my Druid. Gonna focus on my main guy because I dearly love my Shaman and I want to do a few more things on that character before I move to P-moore on Friday since everyone I know stopped playing. Til then, see you in LRRchat. <3

Actually, since I'll be creating a new character for the guild, I suppose I can take some input on what to make. So... What makes? =P As stated before, I want to play a Worgen, but other than that, I have no particular attachment to any class. What would most benefit the guild currently?

Hey guys, if you are in The Runners we've made a way for people to chat along with us over in the LRR F&F guild Twitch Plays WoW to talk. Just do /LRR and to talk, do a /5 or whatever channel it shows up as to you. We only just now remembered about privately formed chat channels.. soooo yeah. Join on in!

I'll be on there as Tovolar (my druid) or my Pally which I haven't had fully server/faction transfer yet. I'll post his name here when I secure it on the server.

For the record, I hate you all. I'd been clean since halfway through Cataclysm.

Are there any particular classes/roles the guild needs more than others?

Well, enough people seem around that I'm interested. I can't guarantee I'll be on at good times or level enough though.

And yeah, knowing what would make most sense for the guild to have would be important.

Well, I can't speak for the roles of specific players, but you can do a quick check of the class disposition by sorting the roster on the armoury. Hopefully that's of some help.

honestly looks like we have a pretty good balance of everything so far, classes we don't have a lot of are Monk and Shaman. We are also really Draenei and Worgen heavy

Current Guild Class Composition, according to the WoW site:
6 Death Knights
6 Druids
4 Hunters
5 Mages
1 Monk
9 Paladins
5 Priests
2 Rogues
2 Shamans
5 Warlocks
5 Warriors

Race Composition:
13 Dranei
4 Dwarves
3 Gnomes
8 Humans
7 Night Elves
1 Pandaren
14 Worgen

Interesting notes:
- The only Pandaren is the only Monk.
- The only level 1 characters in the guild are both Mages.
- The five level 90 characters in the guild (A Death Knight, two Paladins, a Priest and a Druid) would make a hell of a party.
- Worgen Druid is the most common Race/Class combination.

Based on this, I'm thinking I've been swayed from making a Worgen.I haven't decided what I'll make instead yet, though.

Edit to add: This is a link to a Death Knight build I think might be fun. I'd appreciate some feedback, if possible - it's been a long time since I've played.

Well that works out great, Shaman is my second favorite class. I have a lvl 85 Dwarf Shaman on my old server that I'd xfer if/when I can afford to. I'll probably just reroll one though and xfer something else later (I have nearly one of every class in the 80-85 range). Monk is the only thing I really don't have any experience with.

Rogue is my favorite class, but I just could never bring myself to play one on Alliance side. For years, my main was an Undead Rogue (honestly, getting to play an invisible zombie is what pulled me in to begin with), and none of the Alliance races feel right to me.

I started a Death Knight (cuz, ezmode) to hold me over and build up some cash for now. Anybody have an idea what the profession spread looks like? I'm a sucker for professions (I've maxed out everything at least once, including fishing and cooking on multiple characters, before dailies were a thing), and I'll gladly pick up anything we need.

Do it if you want to do it. Look at it this way. Cam said something to this effect during his stream: "If it works out, great! If not, it was $15 for a hundred-ish hours of gameplay."

Try it out. If you want to, that is. If you get it out of your system after a day or two, no biggie. If not, no biggie. :D

Money is not the problem. In addition to the money:playtime ratio being rediculous, I already spend far more than $15 a month on games that I don't even play *waves fist at humble bundle*.

It's more my free time. I would get to play at most 1-2 hours a day during the week, more in the weekend.

Still...
