Finding Games Help

I'm trying to get a short list of gross games for a video, any platform is welcome. When I say gross not blood and guts but childish gross like farts, stinkiness etc.

Games I have:
Engacho!! - WanderSwan
Boogerman - Mega Drive

Any help would be great.

That's not really gross, does have a bit of gross humour but I'm looking more of the sickly kind.
Engacho is the Japanese version of Bless you when people sneeze. The game is based around a kid who is afraid of gross things happening to him. Boogerman is based around snot.

Earthbound has a few "gross" parts, around Saturn Valley with animated pieces of puke.

J.J. & Jeff (TG-16), aka Kato Chan Ken Chan in Japan, has a fair amount of toilet humor. The North America version is heavily sanitized compared to the Japanese version.

South Park games in general have some level of immature content.

Binding of Isaac has a lot of poop related things in it. And stuff like dead babies and rotten things, etc...

Don't Shit Your Pants is exactly what it sounds like.
