More to the point, which mods are on the modded server?

I wouldn't mind another moddded server, just tell me the modpack and I'll to downloading it. Though I'm up for something a little less involved than Infinity Evolved this time around.

maybe load something like welsknight's designtech on there. Looks like a fun 3rd party pack.
I would love for his expedition pack or survival stories 3, but that might be a little too involved.

or if we want to go basic: Xiusminati pack (http://xisumavoid.com/xisuminati/)

Is something like a super hostile map conductive to our spread out nature? Something questy sounds like something neat if were just killing time until the Realm gets untangled.

Edit: I don't know what everything on that link list was, but I am sure that I am often a noob and a derp.

It's just a spigot server, so no heavy duty modpack I'm afraid.
If you're reading this close to when it's posted, I'll be doing some testing at 167.114.116.146:25613.

I pointed tuck.lrrcraft.com at the new server. Give it about 3 hours for the DNS to propagate and you still need to use the port, I think, but it's a bit easier to remember.

Good to see that the plugins work, but what would be even better is if the user permissions were restored! :P

I can get on to the server with the IP address, but not the tuck.lrrcraft.com.

Can't do much on the server though, don't have permission! I can get killed just fine though, so that's working okay. :)

What mods would I need installed for it, if any?

Also, regarding the Realm. If it looks like that it isn't going to get back up, is it possible to obtain the most current map file for personal use?

Aaaah! I'm so sorry about the permissions problem, it was a protect plugin acting up and I was gone for most of friday and saturday. It's fixed now, and you can change gamemodes again.

I'm having no issue with the domain. Y'all are still using the port, right?

tuck.lrrcraft.com alone won't work.

tuck.lrrcraft.com:25613 is what you need.

I'll see if I can fiddle with the DNS to port forward so you don't need that.

Good morning from Texas everyone. The vanilla realms server is back up an in business. Just a couple of additional notes:

1. If we have any large animal farms or complicated redstone builds, to please dial it back a bit.
2. Try to contain builds to the map that has already been explored. We have quite a bit generated so there should be plenty of room.

Just overall, please be cautious. Why they couldn't say for certain what froze up our world, they said large farmings, redstone circuits, or map exploration can sometimes freeze the world.

Hello everyone,
Clench here. Sorry I haven't been posting much while the server was down. I had just returned home from deployment and was busy dealing with Mojang via Twitter and Email trying to get the server fixed.
So, on to that, everything Mysh said is 100% right, but there might be a little bit more to it. Mojang is suggesting that the transition to 1.10 has had some effects on Realms servers, causing them to bug out like ours has. So, here's what I propose. We make a new world which will be completely generated under the 1.10 patch. I understand everyone has put a ton of work into what we have so I'm going to give it a few days to see what everyones vote is. The reason I want to do this is because I think we might have the server drop again, and when it drops you can't even generate a new world until Mojang has fixed it (weird but true).
IF we do this I will be giving everyone, who wants it, MOD permissions for the first week so they can rebuild what they had. So please post in reply to this "yay" or "nay" in favor of generating a new world, and if you do want to restart a suggestion for the seed. The current servers seed is "Penelope" in honor of the youngest member of LRR, so we can keep that seed or make a new one. Thank you. o/

Hey all. My vote is Yay, and with the note that I would like to stream my travels and constructions on the new world.

In regards to seed, I suggest going to the Twitch channel and getting the results of a !badadvice command from LRRBot, truncated to the seed character limit if necessary.

As much as I haven't done anything on that server for ages, I'm going to put in Aye because I've done so little it won't change much.

Whatever seed as I could probably do with a better home base anyway. :)

If you have a copy of the world file, it's possible that when I get LRRcraft back up, if I can get server mods working, it might be an "alternate overworld" of sorts, possibly. I was thinking of doing that with LRRMC as well.

Anyway, vote is Yay for me.

Voting YES on this "salt the earth" plan.

The timing actually works out pretty great for me - I'd just about hit that equilibrium point where all my base was established and I wasn't really doing anything other than just logging in every few days to check crops. So starting over suits me just great.

That said though... I've been spending the bulk of my MC time/energy over on Tuck's server, so I probably won't rush back to play in the realm immediately. So I guess... it doesn't super heavily effect me one way or another.

A little bummed about losing the Sans sculpture though... it took so long to build, I'm not sure if I can ever muster up that much energy again : p
