I think this one is so far the most innapropriate title-wise

Image

And the one that caused me to stop in the previous thread due to the fact that I'd never top it.

Działki Suskowolski - "Virtues You Never Had".

A Polish experimental electo-pop band, along the same vein as Sigur Ros

I don't know if the woman pictured is the artist, or a model, but it's an odd name for a debut album either way.

This is a metal band trying to be ironic.

Khet. You know... they're like those other bands. You probably have 4 in your city.

You know, the phrase "Pre-goddamn fucking-tentious" gets tossed around a lot in our modern, workaday world. The boys of IMI Tavor TAR-21 have fully embraced that noble goal. Taking it upon themselves to "take music back from those fat cats in their polished offices" ,"really say something important to the man in the street", and "redefining what music like, is" IMI Tavor TAR-21 released their first album. The entirety of the first track "by showing our individuality" consisted of lead singer Richard Stoltz humming loudly and off key, while bassist Ivor Wendsmore beat methodically on a length of plywood with a steel ruler. For twenty-six minutes.
Fuck IMI Tavor TAR-21. Fuck them so goddamn much.

image shack doesn't like hot-linking.
If you can't read it, it says "Norwood Football Club/Preparation for human contact", which sounds like an awesome debut album, but the image is weird as hell for it.

Well I just had to try this.

Image
My first one, I like it.

Another "Station" name, and I got another b&w kid, odd.

Image
I "roflmayo'd" at wife asks for nothing. Sounds like a divorce themed album.

Image
I really like this one, seems to come together well.

Well I hope my poor gimp skills didn't ruin them for everyone.
And by "Gimp" I mean the photo editing software...

Or do I?

Würmla - Reasonable Versus the Jerks.

Würmla, Montreal's latest metalcore act, have gained some attention from blending radio-friendly metalcore music (a la Avenged Sevenfold, Alexisonfire, and Thrice) with more abressive forms of music, mostly relating to grind (Dillinger Escape Plan, Spazz, and Straight Jacket Nation).
Their debut EP, Reasonable Versus the Jerks, features 2 10 minute long tracks (RVTJ PT 1 and 2) along with over 30 minutes of 30 second song blasts.

Wow, just a suggestion, man. I thought it made sense.

I like this one better, if only because it sounds like someone trying to be clever and use a an alternate spelling of groin...:P
Image

EDIT: Oddly, it also makes an odd statement about the Groyne mattering, or girls mattering to Groyne...I dunna...it works on several levels.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but my computer won't let me open the images, or let me see them properly... :/
I guess I could use DevArt or something instead.. but that would rather spoil the game, no?

Are you seeing that little "all sizes" button above the picture before you save it?

Holy Jeez this is addictive!

Image
Carleton Island - Send in Terrific Bills.

Straight from the hype produced from their debut album released on Elephant 6 records, Carleton Island take a much deeper, serious, and darker tone on their second album. Inspired by album's such as Beach Boy's "Surf's up!" and Elliot Smith's "Either/or", they have come to a new sound and fans wonder where they will go next.

Image
Joe Philbin - To Those who Think

Phil Ochs wannabes have never been very popular, and Joe Philbin's debut should be no different. Tracks such as " We don't want it, we don't need it" to "Forever never" are the only times you can hear anything original from this man at all, and other than that it's just a bunch of over-political guitar music for small rooms.

Is it odd that I'd buy the Delaware Compensation Comission album Pity To Get Up on the strength of their album art alone?

Also, in relation to my problem, the pics will either save only as bitmap or gif, when I look at them in the folder I saved them to they just appear blank and when I open them in Photoshop they are just timy white squares.. kinda weird :/
