Looks like something on the Atari 2600 or possibly very early NES...

But, don't those red/yellow things crawling around (especially the one falling) remind you of Hoppip?

I'm dead sure that it's one of the numerous Space Panic clones/ports - I couldn't tell you which one though. A quick look around the net didn't help.

"RESULTAT" makes me think it's a Western European/Germanic version...

My brother told me today he played it when he was on training in Canada earlier in the year and it had a different name over there.

It's Dead Space: Extraction for sure. I thought Dead Space as well, but noticed the picture/model quality was comparable to the Wii. So it has to be Extraction.
