...IIRC it was Westwood Associates that used it... I'd say Eye of the Beholder, but I don't remember anyone that looked like that in the first game, maybe the second of the trilogy, Legend of Darkmoon?

I've checked, and the font was only used in 'cutscenes' of D&D games around that time...but not JUST Westwood Assoc.
