A DESCRIPTION : you run around the borders of various connected polygons, hitting nodes around them to fill them in with a texture/picture

Next: A game i actually cant remember the name of.

You were a soldier, the first few levels were sidescrolling jumpy shooty find-the-exits, and later on there was a level that was auto-scrolling-upward shmup-style.

I recall powerups being different colored army radios. Distinctly a red one.
i also THINK There was a worldmap that branched along different paths. Starfox-style.

There are radios; CB Radios, but I don't think they were power-ups.
