Re: Mustache You a Question
Ok, so here's a question.
How big are Hustle!Graham's feet that Matt dropping his phone in front of him hits them? Took me a second to realise what was supposed to have happened there.
Great video this week, always enjoy a good Hustle. Are both the plots for this video based rather heavily on real events or does one have more truth to it than the other?

Re: Mustache You a Question
Brilliant! I love it the way all the little jokes and plot threads tie into one another. Some great dialogue, too; I'm not sure which is my favourite out of Matt's vainglory line or James' "Foiled again!"
Although it does sound uncoooomfortably like James is shouting "Gash!" rather than "Cash!"

Re: Mustache You a Question
I have an honest question: why are mustaches a Thing? I mean, people drawing mustaches on their fingers, buying mustache wallets, necklaces... and I just saw drinking straws with mustaches on them. I just don't understand it.
On the topic of the video, I liked how all the scenes were connected, and the fact that James was wearing the giant scarf and the Doctor Who t-shirt with a giant scarf. (Was Graham's shirt also intentional?) However, I am a bit disappointed that the word "Miami" didn't show up in the "favorite vice" scene.

Average CH episode, until the end.
Also, nice new CH intro, with all clips from "Pony Time" except Jer's from "Rarelywinter"

Re: Mustache You a Question
I can't say why, but for some reason, the "K2 is a harder climb" line really got me.
Re: Mustache You a Question
Oh man! I really dropped the ball.
So much better!
Matt: Sloth is your favourite vice?
Graham: Behind gluttony, lust and Miami, yes.
So much better!

Re: Mustache You a Question
When Matt distractedly handed over the spirit gum remover, I assumed at first he was handing over crazy glue or something, thus leading to James having a mustache the rest of the episode. But this works too. I laughed the hardest at the reveal of his "patchy" mustache at the end.

Re: Mustache You a Question
First question: Why did James need to hide his stache behind things if he was already wearing the mask? Did he just want to mess with Kathleen?
Second question: Why is it that James seemed to be playing the part of Wilson from Home Improvement during this episode? Just seemed like a good idea? It did work pretty well in any case.

Re: Mustache You a Question
There is a great deal of win contained in this episode. Also, I absolutely love it when Paul is the straight man in Hustle. It feels like Graham is generally the most sensible of the Hustleverse crew, and so I think Hustle Paul is that much more frustrated when he has to be the sensible one

I too approve of James's not at all fake moustache.
Re: Mustache You a Question
I have a feeling this one has a strong basis in reality.
Also, Paul is wearing the original LRR logo shirt! T-shirt bros!

This made me think of the "Moustache Feeling" song from The Tick.

Matt's vainglorious hipster joke was phenomenal.

I was wondering why I hadn't seen that shirt for sale ever. I kinda want one now. I could wear it back-to-back with my other o o o O > shirt.

Re: Mustache You a Question
As an aside, I really DO consider Sloth my favourite sin.
And LRR crew who are not Kathleen, the setup and delivery on that intro joke had me actually pause the video to finish my laughter before continuing. Kudos to Matt, James and Paul for your brilliant acting in that moment, and for Graham for penning it. If Kathleen boomed it, what the hell, I'll count that. But seriously, just the moment James handed Paul the phone and Paul just rolled with it... priceless.

As a previously declared fan of Mustache James, I of course approve. But I also really liked the writing in this one. The banter felt very snappy.

A few years ago, I saw an appearance by a British comedian named Richard Herring; he said he was seeing if he "could reclaim the toothbrush moustache for comedy – it was Chaplin's first, then Hitler ruined it".
I'm not sure if James is bold enough to make that kind of statement though.
Well, maybe Moustache James is that bold.

Re: Mustache You a Question
This is the BEST CH of them all.
FULL of places where I laughed loudly.
From graham helping Matt being unproductive, to Paul being… Paul, James punching Matt and James hiding his face under a second mask.
SOOOO much gold.

Re: Mustache You a Question
I was watching this and just after Paul said, "Great Moonbase Firewall" shockwave crashed and the video stopped. The timing could not have been more perfect.
(Of course I immediately reloaded it and enjoyed the rest of the video).

That actually happened to me, too, except I was on my phone and I have no idea why it stopped.

Between this video and the previous weeks guessing-filled Feed Dump, I would like to comment the staff on their firm embrace of the humble sloth. I can only hope I have, in some small way, bored the creature into your psyches.
