He seems like a jerk though, so I think he's bluffing. The press release will probably come April or May time.

I had my reservations about supporting this because it IS widespread deception, but these things, like all pranks, have to be measured by how much harm they can do. This one is harmless. To expose it is ruining everyone's fun, and that can be quantified as harm.

Are we sure that's Saki, or someone just pretending to be him so we go after Saki for real? If it's really him, then shame on him. That'd be like if Cybertractor exposed it or something. They of all people should know that there's no malice in this. If they don't understand that, they shouldn't even bother coming here.

(sigh) If anyone needs me, I'll be in the angry dome.

I was kidding. I'm not actually angry. we aren't ACTIVELY making any real attempt to keep this secret, beyond deleting the comments on our own versions of the videos that out us. there is no large-scale way for us to do some mass-reveal, so there's little point in getting keyed up on eiter side of the fence.

it was obviously a slow day. as someone who has considered going into journalism this is a good sign - you can put any old crap (the coments not the vid) on a nifty looking website and you still appear credible as a journalist.

I'm pretty sure that Late Night with Jimmy Fallon isn't going for journalistic integrity at the best of times.
